      Paid owner, ***** ********, $50,000 for inground pool including fiberglass shell and all plumbing, electrical, concrete deck, etc to complete total pool setup back in October 2021. From beginning it was a problem. Gave him requested deposit to get started. Told me would be about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. COVID caused some material delays and in April 2022, started digging. After digging pretty much most of hole, we find out hes too close to septic lines. Refill hole and start digging further away. Meanwhile pool shell gets delivered and sits in front yard for approximately 6 weeks since hole isn't ready. Long story short, here we are in 2025 and still not complete to my satisfaction. Still taking other clients monies to finish past due jobs. Pool has a leak at main drain, which was found by another professional leak detection company and concrete is cracking and breaking into pieces around the pool. Doesnt know how to keep his word about coming to fix so ready to sue and get this done correctly. Do not hire this person AT ALL if you want professional service. I have texts, emails, videos, and recordings if needed.
