      I am rejecting this response because: Yes I agree it states damage in the Leith Invoice - but the damage was created by you technician so that’s why it’s stated! Just accept fault and refund me for all the inconvenience caused! BBB - please take a look at the 2 videos and decide for yourself!

      2) Pay for the Test Bar Hinge and the cost of installing it - $167.66

      In the 2 videos sent to me - you can clearly see that the trunk was working correctly when it was driven into the bay and not when it was driven out of the bay, once the new tire had been installed

      As previously discussed, it was determined that this trunk had a previous issue based on the video footage provided. Another video showing the same type of car and a normal operating trunk was also provided to the customer for reference. The customer had repairs done at the dealership, and the invoices from said dealership notes the car had previous damage and the second invoice notes overspray from recent paint and body work. We have video evidence and documentation from ****** to determine we are not at fault for this issue

      Videos of this customers trunk compared to the same type of car with a normal operating trunk have been sent to him. He also has 2 invoices from ******. The first one states check trunk operation from previous damage. The second states the noise complaint is from overspray of paint which shows that there was paint and body work done in that area of the car.

      Brakes that they fixed came apart and damaged my rim and almost killed me on I 40. I called and ***** had the car towed in, ***** fixed the brakes however they knocked out my brake lights during the fixed did not notice that until I was pulled over and saw the light in the dashboard. I called ***** to fix my rim he told me ***** would call to get it fixed however I have been calling ***** and he is not responding to my calls now. I am filing this report to get assistance with fixing my brake lights and my damaged rim from their error. I hope the owner gets involved with this because he needs to know what is happening with his staff.

      ****** spoke with the customer this morning regarding the wheel repair. We will look into the brake light on the dash when we have the wheel repaired.
