      Trustworthy and dependable. They double checked my car after another mechanic claimed that it needed a costly part replacement. They found it did not need that part replaced and were able to fix the problem for less than half of what the other mechanic quoted me.

      I want to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at your Wakefield Tire store on 9th November, 2022.
      I came to your store at 4:45 PM to get a nail removed from one of my tires. One of your associates told me that the tire wasn't repairable and suggested I purchase a new one.
      The tire was replaced however, in doing so, one of your technicians broke a HINGE in my trunk. He was holding the trunk as he tried to put back my donut in the trunk and that was when I noticed it was broken.
      As expected, he denied breaking it and called the "Manager". The Manager looked at the truck and said that the technician did not break it. I told him to look at the cameras to prove that the trunk was broken by the technician. The Manager stated that he did not have access to the camera and would call me back the following day - guess what, do you think he did call me back? NO!!!
      Extremely poor customer service and a company where the fault is NEVER theirs.....The video clearly shows the before and after the replacement of the tire and definitely shows that the damage was done during the replacement of the tire.
      I've had to spend over $1500.00 to get the hinge replaced. This so called reputable company stated that there was an "existing" problem - this was not verified by the Toyota dealership. It was simply broken......
