On October 23, 2022, after church we stopped by the ******* *** ********* store, when I went to buy hair supplies at the People Beauty Supply. I picked up 4 packs of hair, mega care oil and mousse bottle.

I went to the register but couldn't recall my husband's credit card pin. I then asked my daughter who was with me to go ask her dad. She then left the store to ask him. She came back with him who paid for what we had. I asked him if he can be a little more patient so I could grab a few more items. I went back and got some cream, an eye pencil and some hair accessories.

The cashier put the hair accessories with the pencil in the small bag and put cream in the big bag. While paying she handed me the small bag. My husband paid for the big bag but didn't take it as I thought he would. As I left to go grab more items, I didn't take the big bag.

A couple of weeks later I started to look for it to do hair with but couldn't find it. After a period of search I asked my husband to go ask at the Beauty Supply when he gets the chance. He then went, and they admitted to having the bag but couldn't give it to him because the manager was not there. They asked me to come by. I seized the opportunity after an appointment to go over there. I told him that I would be able to recall exactly what I had but I started remembering as I was shopping. He, the manager, told me that I couldn't get what I recalled to him, only certain items. I wasn't okay with that, and I left everything.

We later brought the Bank statement to show him, which had the amount we spent, which he denied while showing a receipt that he said was in the bag they found. I told him the reason the receipt was not in the bag is because of the small bag we got and the cashier at the time asked to put the cream in the big bag. Dispite every effort he refuses to cooperate or to reimburse our money. We returned everything that was bought that day. We just want our money back but he refuses to return our money.

We had keep only one big shopping bag contained some hair and some beauty items in the count for over one month to prepare customer's claim.
Nobody had showed up and claimed the bag so that we had put all items back on the shelf.
After around one and half month they claimed the bag so we allowed take back all items which already paid. They tried also take back even for small bag items without any receipt but we did not allowed for small bag's items. They just left the store without any items
Around two weeks after they asked suddenly all money back for small and big bags' items but we explained store policy which listed on the receipt. So they could take "exchange or store credit" for only big bag. They dumped all items in the store and just left.
we are willing to give a chance to take back, exchange or store credit for big bag's items anytime.
    Thanks so much

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: They are refusing to take to account $15.99 pomegranate & Honey leave in conditioner from the second receipt that was add to the big bag. Although they returned the stuff from the bag after knowing that we were coming to get them,  they could have at least listed all items from the previous bag. Yet they want me to take whatever they are giving me. They treated me as a thief with not respect, I can't use any of their products. My husband told them that we were customers, that they needed to learn how to resolve their issues, they didn't care. I'm not going to let them take my money that way. $100 is something I can pass on but they can't take back the shame the brought on me.

    Sincerely,
