    If I was able to give O stars I would. It's the only beauty supply store close and I've been in a few times before with other people. I went in today to buy some clip ins and it's super hard to check color and stuff because they don't let you open it, it's a small space and I was lowkey uncomfortable because I felt like they were looking at me the whole time. Now I will say the girl that semi helped me was nice, but this ain't about her. I ended up going back twice because the color was off, if I'm paying 100$ for some hair I want it to be perfect. So I go home cut the strings and hold a piece up my hair and realize that it's the same **** length as my hair.So I call immediately and ask can I exchange it for the longer one and I'll pay the difference he said did you open it I said yes he said bring it up here. So I did, mind you all this happened in a span of an hour or less. I go up there and the girl gets the new hair and is about to do it the exchange and then she goes oh he's not gonna take this back cuz you cut the strings off but you can ask him. So I turn around to ask him and he grabs the package and was like no I'm not taking this back no one will buy it I said excuse me? He mumbles something else and while I'm asking what else I can do like get half back on a store credit LIKE SOMETHING he walks off and goes back to sit down. It took all of me not to knock the whole counter over!!! like I have never met someone so disgusting and disrespectful, I had just spent 115$ in there and was willing to spend **** near ******************************************************************* I've read the other reviews and they are all the same as mine so I know this isn't gonna make a difference. I'II look into reporting them to the BBB but just know this place is disgusting. GO ANYWHERE ELSE because they are not worth it. I should add I never even knew about the no return policy
