  First of all my deepest heartfelt thanks to **** **** and his Senior Veterans staff in successfully getting **************** benefits for my dear mom. I couldnt imagine going thru the application paperwork by myself. From the beginning **** made my family fully aware that the process will take a few months but stated he and his staff will guide us every step of the way and answer any questions we might have. He was always patient, courteous, knowledgeable and a sincere pleasure to work with. My family felt truly blessed by the Senior Veterans Council experience with **** **** and his excellent staff. It's a no-brainer selecting **** and if I could award 6 stars I would! Also a huge thanks to neighbor and friend ******* R for recommending **** to me after **** and staff successfully attained veteran benefits for ********* dad. **** W

  My Dad was a WWII Air Force veteran and we had to move him to an assisted living center in *** as his health declined in 2016. I was aware my Dad would have some form of veterans benefits but did not know how to navigate all the obstacles involved. Luckily I found Senior Veterans Council in my area near *******, **. It was my first connection with ***** **** and he and his company exeeded all my expectations. He was very knowlegeable of every aspect of available benfits and went to work immediately to secure retirement benefits for my Dad that assisted in the costs of assisted living and later nursing home needs at the same location. When I called him with a question he normally answered the phone and if I had to leave a message he called back as soon as he could. I really can't say enough good things about ***** and his staff. That was in 2016 and in 2020 my Dad passed away. He was cremated and during that time of Covid we were unable to give him the service we wanted and I wanted to also have Military Honors at his service. Because of health issues myself and my brother's health issues in ** we have just arranged for both. Not having all the documents I needed for the honor service I reached out to ***** again for help. He answered the call and sent me several emails with needed information and forms and all sorts of advice. A lot of military records were destroyed in a warehouse fire several years back and the period my Dad was in service fell in that time frame. With ******* help I was able to get all I needed and have arranged for the service and honor guard the 2nd week in February 2025. Again, I don't know what I would have done without his assistance in both instances. Dependable, sincere, and gets the job done no excuses. A true credit to his profession.***** ******

  I used Senior Veterans Council for my mom and dad's benefits almost 4 years ago. Without the help of David Cole and his team, we would have just floundered around. They made the process very seamless and easy to understand. Their services literally changed my parent's life. I could not have put them into the senior living facility without their financial assistance. I can't recommend their service strongly enough. We were blessed to have run across them.

  I have nothing but the highest possible rating for Senior Veterans Council. The work that is involved in order to accomplish the arduous task of gathering medical and administrative documentation needed can be overwhelming and requires great patience. ***** **** and his production team streamline the process, work diligently and communicate effectively in order to give the best possible support and results. My family and I are eternally grateful. My father was able to live his remaining years with dignity thanks to the Aid & Attendance pension. My mom evaluated with a declining medical condition is also able to live her elder years with dignity thanks to the Senior Veterans Council. **** is honest, caring, and a true human being. With regards to administrative support, they have a calendar which makes it easy and effective for communication. I have the utmost respect, affection, and gratitude to **** and his team. Thank you for caring. I highly recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience working with ***** **** and his production team. They helped my veteran father received much needed benefits. They walked me through every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. They prepared all the paperwork for us and submitted everything. They were available for any questions I had along the way. I can't imagine handling this arduous process on my own. They were awesome!! I would highly recommend them. They were worth every cent we paid for their services!

  ******. Take your money and do nothing. They are shameful, disgraceful and worthless. Zero stars.They asked me weeks apart to submit the same documents I'd already sent.After several weeks delay, they asked where some document was. They had never asked for that. I kept a list. Sent it right away.Several weeks delay. Asked for the same info again. Went silent for a month or so. I followed up. "Waiting on the VA" they said. A few more months. Then more forms from the VA that I'd already filled out. From Sept of one year to June of the next. Nothing. Then my dad died, so it didn't matter any more. But, hey, they got my non-refundable money! They do not "report progress every two weeks" as advertised. I had to follow up every time.

  This reply is just more meaningless words. When I complained directly to them, their reply was a very long email that didnt say much other than SVC trying to say that they think that they did a good job. Two things stand out that I pointed out to ***. One, they said "In your fathers case, there were items asked for that we did not anticipate..." Two, that they had "responded to in a timely manner, providing exactly what was/is needed for that situation." Either they didn't anticipate, or it was exactly what was needed. Both can't be true at the same time. The whole reason for going with this organization, **** selling point, is that SVC purports to know how to navigate the claims process, helping everyday folks who dont know what to do. Now they tell me that *** did not know what to do. I stand by my comments that SVC is shameful, disgraceful and worthless.

  The task of trying to get help for my Dad who was in the Korean war & is now 93 years ****** was so nice to have all the help we needed.*****, *************** were all so wonderful.The process can be so overwhelming with all the paperwork needed.I am so grateful for their help in making my ********* more comfortable & able to stay in their own apartment with the help they need now & going forward.I highly recommend them!!

  Was referred to SVC through a friend who used their services. The Council compiled all the documentation required for submitting the forms to the VA so as to obtain coverage for my Mom, a widow of an Army veteran. Well worth the fee paid for their experience and the time-consuming work it would have been required of us if we had tried to navigate the process alone. Very personal and caring outreach.   I could have never done this process without Senior Veterans Council. Seeking care for your parents is always challenging between the emotional and time-consuming aspects of the many pieces that need to come together, it can be overwhelming. There are so many forms and details that the VA requires and without their guidance and patience I have no doubt that I would have given up on my mother's application. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and have referred friends with senior veterans in their family to contact Senior Veterans Council to assist. They are patient and knowledgeable and keep abreast of the many changing laws that most of us are completely unaware of. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and perserverance.

  The results speak for themselves. Senior Veterans Council, lead by ******************* will walk you through the process to submit the VA required forms and follow up to ensure your case moves forward. We have utilized the team twice. Once for initial VA requests and getting additional support and again when the Government changed their policy and my father's support was downgraded due to policy changes. His teams guidance is result oriented. Thank You *****.
