  My family is extremely grateful for the time and assistance of ***** and the Senior Veterans Council team. They were very responsive and provided exceptional customer service. They were able to guide and provide advice to my family and I on completing the forms correctly and accurately. We don't feel that we would have gotten through this process as timely as we did without their assistance. I would highly recommend Senior Veterans Council services. Thank you so much.

  I’m so grateful for the help of the Senior Veterans Council for making my part in a complicated overwhelming process simple. Thanks to them my 90 year old mother is getting survivor’s benefits. And a big shout-out for their suggestion to submit the intent to file form for me whether I chose to engage their services or not. This has resulted in getting months worth of back payments. They were always available to help with any questions I had and to update me on the progress. I’m sure I’d still be trying to navigate the VA system to this day without their help but instead I’m able to relax and know my mother will be cared for in her assisted living facility. I highly recommend Senior Veterans Council services.

  I would like to Shout a big 'THANK YOU" to the Senior Veterans Council and ***** and his Wife for all of their help with my Step Brother. He has started the process of trying to get help with no response from the VA. After contacting the Senior Veterans Council they were able to get him the help he needed within a very short time! That allowed him to have 3 more years of quality life. He could not afford the Cancer medications, even with the HMO he was on, and the Council was able to get him the VA benefits he was entitled to in time for him to qualify and save his life. Yes, there were a lot of papers that had to be filled out BUT I was given the help needed to do the papers in a timely manner. I cannot thank you all enough for all your help! The long term care was able to give him a quality of life I could not have afforded for him. I highly recommend that anyone who is going to try and start this process themselves call the Senior Veterans Council first! It was more than worth the money.

  I’d like to thank ***** **** and his team for helping me along with the process of getting my 89 year old Mother the survivor benefit. It was very helpful to have the Senior Veterans Council just a phone call away during the filling out of the many necessary forms. It’s nice to know that they will be there in the future if we have any other needs as my Mom ages.
  If I could offer any advice in the VA benefit journey, be patient, adhere to time frames, call SVC if you have any questions. It takes time to fill out the forms but keep at it.

  ***** & his team changed the life of my father who was a disabled Vietnam veteran. A friend referred me to the senior veterans council in 2019 when I was overwhelmed by end-of-life care, and they welcomed me as a family member or friend. Thanks to them I was able to care for him in my home until the very end with the best care he’d ever had in his life.
