      This place is being run with thieves, they give you an estimate, and when time comes to pay, you see several different charges. I went and asked for an estimate for brakes and rotors change, got a written estimate of $347 for the labor out the door ,means tax included., next day my brakes and rotors arrived, I went there, they gave me an estimate of $436, I showed them the estimate from the day before, they said that, the person who worked yesterday did a mistake. I got upset, and the girl called the nasty looking manager, he told me: why am I making faces, this is the charge and if I don't like it I have to go somewhere else and went back to his desk inside the shop.

      AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Dishonest people who don't explain the work they intend to bill you for and then don't complete the work they charge you for. Expect them to try to charge you double the amount of what the service should cost. Don't expect a resolution from their corporate office nor their regional manager. Their response will be unsympathetic and antagonistic.

      Coupon for ****************** change but then charge $24 full synthetic up charge. If coupon is for a stated service, how are you then up charging that service??

      On 3/24 took my car into Precision Tune for an alignment a was told I needed the things listed on the receipt first and that I needed to replace my front left tire before I could receive the alignment. So I paid for the recommended services and when I had the tire replaced I had went to the Battleground location for the alignment and was told it would be impossible unless I had other work done at which was listed on the sticky note. So in concern I had went back to the previous location and was questioned as to why I went to the other location. He had admitted to misdiagnosing my vehicle based on what the other location had said and told me I needed to pay them more money to fix the issue. I had paid that amount as well and then my airbag light and the front and back light on the driver side does not work when I had returned in less then a week on April 13, 2022 I was told I needed to pay for that as well. I feel mistreated and I trusted this company but I feel as if they keep showing me unprofessionalism at my cost. Sent from my iPhone

      At this point its their word against mine, I dont know what happened to my ****** review so Ill leave one here as well.Let them tell it I brought in a car that already didnt start for an oil change, and thats why it didnt start after the oil change. *** never had issues with my car starting prior to this day.!The tech supposedly told me it wouldnt start and to them I didnt seem to care because I wouldnt let them run a diagnostic on a car I didnt want them touching again.Took it to another mechanic who let me know what may have happened. Still sitting at a shop 17 days later.Only writing this review because my ****** one disappeared.

      We agree with what you have written here. It had problems starting before we worked on the vehicle, asked the customer a question concerning it, and possibly she did not understand when asked if she had problems with starting the car. Advised her again after the oil change that the same problem still exists. What is not mentioned here is what the shop that looked at it after us found and are they stating that we caused the problem?

      i went to replace my clutch on the ************ facility. When i pick up the car was assembly back wrong. With missing parts and a loose subframe . My steering columm was disemnbly during the instalatiion wrong this casuing faults and damage from the improper instalation my intake air box and hoses for the turbo also improperly installed. Due to this damage my threads on the body of the car too. and its impossible to speak with costumer service

      My daughter brought a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT to Precision Tune Auto Care 55-04 on September 6, 2022 for a Synthetic Oil Change with FREE Tire Rotation (coupon in hand).
      She was told that the tire rotation would cost extra. I called and the service manager agreed they should honor Precision Tune's own coupon. The tire rotation never happened IAW service order and received email from Precision Tune stating tire rotation was overdue.
      Auto Care employee attempted to sell my daughter a $400+ brake job by telling her the brakes were worn more than four thousandths and or 4mm below minimum repair limits. More than a week after the fact, I changed the rotors and pads and they have practically no wear since I last changed them. I only changed them because I ordered new brake pads & rotors when she called me from Precision Tune crying. I have pictures & I measured the Rotors with a caliper. Either the person who inspected brakes is not competent or they intentionally misinformed her with motive to either sell her an unneeded service and or attempted something more egregious. The rear rotors had an average thickness 20.001 mm thickness almost original thickness and not 4 mm of wear past limits. The rotors had no consequential wear and if they had any, there was more than 1 to 2 mm surface availability before reaching the 18.4 mm limit. The rear brake pads were still near original thickness. I have all parts on hand that were stated to be worn beyond safe operation and repair (Replace only)
      Summarized, in my strong opinion is: they attempted to overcharge from advertised price, did not honor their own coupon, denied promised service, attempted to charge $$hundreds for unneeded and unnecessary repairs. I believe they almost frightened my daughter into shock.

      The precision tune on highway 55 is the worst I took my car to get an oil change got the car back and the car is making a noise the next day the noise got louder I took it back to them they told me that charged me $150 to find out what's the problem now when I took the car to them it wasn't making a noise at all so why should I pay $150 for them to tell me what they done done to my car I've been trying to get in touch with corporate but three weeks now and I haven't gotten a response it seems to be common sense to me if I took the car to them the noise that it was making when I received the call they probably wouldn't even work on a call if it was making that sort of noise so if I took it to them for oil change and receive the car with an issues obviously they are at fault

      Truly sorry that you are experiencing problems. However, the only work performed on your vehicle was an oil change and the noise is coming from the front of the engine. To change the oil we did not work in the area of the front of the engine, nor did we need to. You also drove the vehicle for 1155 miles before coming back. We advised you to go to the dealer for a second opinion and that if the dealer put it in writing that we were at fault, that we would pay for the repairs.

      We came in to get out oil changed. We waited about 45 minutes, when someone pulls up who starts talking to the employees. This gentleman got to get his vehicle done before all of us even though we were ahead of him and had been waiting. (We both had green files so we were in the same category) We have three vehicles and will not be back
