      They are crooks, i cant put it anymore simple than that! This is not opinion based, i only post reviews and the information is fact! When i get oil change and tire rotation done i mark the oil filter with my initials and the tires to see if tires actual rotate and filter replaced. This was not done, yet i was charged for the 2 services. After months and months i even gave the company a second chance and had a coolant flush done and same results. i paid for a service that was never completed! How do i know, i took pictures of coolant level, which was even showing real real low and when i got vehicle back coolant was exactly where it was before service. Even a lazy criminal would at least top off the coolant to fool customer but they are so bad they left it at the exact same spot. They dont even hide the fact that the behave in a criminal manner. When i called and complained they just offered to do the service over again for free. Yea as if i am going to trust someone that already tried to scam me in the first place. i cant speak for all locations but the ********* one...avoid at all costs!

      My son took his car to Precision Tune Up on 7-18-2022 to get some work done to his radiator. He was told the work would cost a little over 379.00. We thought that was a great price. We had a full conversation about of the price of the pressure check would be included. When my son went to pick up the price, he texted me to come into the store. When I walked in I was told the price was over 800.00. I stated that's not what he was told. I told told the manager that's absolutely was what he was told. I son also said that's what he was told. The manager stated, we had it mixed up and he knows what he said and the phone call was recorded. I asked him to play the phone call for us. He proceeded to state he knows what he told my son and I told him I know what you told him as well. So my son who doesn't like controversy just told the man he'd pay for it, because he didn't want to stand there debating about it. I don't think it's fair that he quoted on price and did not honor it. That was the second time that day we received misinformation. The first time the manager stated his mechanic didn't give us the correct information, which we were like it's ok, because the manager was cordial about it, but I bam really angry about my son being taken advantage of. If he had told my son 800.00 from the beginning, we would have paid for the pressure check and took it somewhere else for a second opinion.

      I had and oil change and tire rotation on 6/2/202. The lug nuts were not secure....thank God for the tire maintenance indicator which let know something was wrong. I took my vehicle to Jiffy lube to be checked. Several lug nuts were able to turn by hand. That work was criminal. The was the location on Market street......don't go there.
