    Helped out with overall loan amount. Be sure to ask questions if something is unclear. My rep was very helpful in clearing up what I was unsure of.

    I work a job that overlaps w Doan Solutions business hours. I'm unable to use my phone at work. Neither the first representation nor her boss were willing to email w me but insisted I call even though I repeatedly explained my situation to them. The manager told me it was preferred for me to call. I told her it was preferred for me to email. They also swindled me out of over $900+ for a ******** fee that they weren't going to return until I threatened legal action. Suffice it, they sent me a check. Look out for these guys. They're scammers.

    Doan loan solutions really helped me out. ****** my rep, was and is by far one of the coolest and kindest people ive ever had the chance to talk to. If i ever have another student loan, and i need help with it. I know Doan is the place to go. ??
    Im going to miss my main man ****. Hes amazing and deserves a raise! People like him make going through loan payments/process easier and more comfortable. He felt more like a friend, not a businessmen/transaction

    I explained to ***** the representative that I receive SSI and that I am disabled but still walked me around my option of having my student loans forgiven and charging me 195 dollars for services that are non existent and useless due to my situation.

    After graduating and completing a Master program, I had a lot questions about my student loans; I was confused about the whole repayment process and clueless about the type of loan I had accepted. I reached out to Doan Solutions and this company has been a true blessing. They have gone above and beyond in helping explain all the details about my student loans. Their members are always kind and willing to respond to any inquiry. Doan Solutions has been advocating for me for the past four years. They recalculated my income and set me up on a repayment plan. Recently, *******, a wonderful member of their team, reached out to me and provided me with some great news about loans. She sent me the PSL forms and it appears I am eligible for the loan forgiveness program. I am truly grateful for everything the company has done for me and family. Thank you!

    I am glad I have some support with my student loans.
    I have a degree I could not use, I now work with a company. I have a caseload that is equivalent to my degree.
    Although my income is not efficiant. I am glad Doans solutions is able to assist me
