I went to the Property Manager ***** about the added charges on my rent acct. I went to the rent office to try and get it resolved several times and also contacted *********** on three way with ***** and they told her that they do not charge those fees and ***** stated the charges were from me getting my keys around 6pm on 7/12/24. So the *********** agent stated that she could back bill me to resolve the charges and ***** stated she will not still remove those charges from my acct. along with other admin fees that are being added to my acct. I have tried on several occasions to resolve this issue with no help from *****. I have also tried contacting the corporate number she gave me to try and resolve this issue another way but has been unsuccessful. And I think I am now being retaliated against by *****. I also on the new printed out lease that they have my move in date as 7/11/24 but it was 7/22/24 when I signed my lease and paid my deposit along with my prorated amount for the remaining of the months rent.

There is no one by the name of ***** who works for the company. However, the leasing agent I believe she is referring to, spoke with tenant on several occasions and out of courtesy conducted a three-way call with *********** after ************** hours in an effort to try and help the resident. Resident was belligerent and uncooperative. Final result of the interaction is as follows...Water Bill is correct and must be paid by tenant. This is a charge that comes directly from the ************** If the tenant wishes to dispute this charge she will need to do so with the ***. We cannot legally remove any charges that they have assessed. The charge in question is well within normal usage. Resident allegedly backdated service date to reflect actual move in. In order for us to reverse any charges she will need to provide written documentation from *********** with the backdate information.

I applied for this apartment complex and did not get approved. The deposit is supposed to be refunded by check in the event one is not approved . They have failed to refund me and have stopped taking my phone calls. I have been told multiple times that it has been processed but still have not received it
