    Apartment used to be called Woodsbridge. I been a tenant for 6 years. Ever since it was switched over to Tatum nothing positive can be said about this place. My son suffers from asthma and my one and only bathroom had mold. Tests came back to be heavy black mold. I brought this to the apartment attention more than 3 times in a period of 6 months and they refused to fix it. My son breathing did get out of control to where he threw up blood. My lease was up and I decided to not renew due to their poor service and ridiculous fees. I didnt even move out yet when I got the text that I needed to pay the rent when I had it on autopay. ************************* claimed she tried to get a hold of me and admitted that she didnt. I told her to stop giving me a tone and an attitude or I was going to hang up and go in person. She hung up on me and called the police. She refused to provide me corporate name until I recorded her. ********************* from corporate located in ***** came down and hired someone to fix the mold. Turned out I had a leak. He agreed to return my deposit and replaced my damaged towels from the person he hired but I received no response after I sent the email requesting an update. Its been weeks. Employee ************************* is the rudest and most unprofessional person I ever met and I am very upset how my son and I were treated here. I have emails, messages, photos, and video recordings of the entire process. All I want is my deposit and the towels that was promised to be replaced.
