      *********************** help me get into my 2021 ***** CRV. I couldnt ask for a better sales consultant. Was super helpful through the entire process and calls regularly to check in on me in the vehicle. I would highly recommend **************** to anyone looking.

      **BEWARE** Do NOT trust the servicing department at Hendrick VW Frisco, **. I took my car in for 2 simple recalls. One for headlamp caps and one for (engine control unit) ECU update. Within an hour of driving my car off the lot I could tell my car was driving differently. My husband told me it was just resetting itself and it was fine. Within 24 hours, my check engine light comes on. Theyre closed on Sunday so I had to take off work on Monday to take my car back up there for them to tell me my evaporation line is broken and leaking and guess what THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Mind blown! There was NOTHING wrong with my car on Saturday before arriving. I spoke with the service manager who very dishonestly told me it was a $1000 repair and he would cover half. Total sales tactic. I paid $518 (parts $83.33 + labor $427.50) to have my evaporator line replaced. In no way is that a $1000 repair. Lies! Extremely shady! They took advantage. Please learn from my misfortune.
