  Bad sercive bought a jeep there bad salesman car was dirty they took the sticker off the car and kept it while waiting for paper salesman left us to sell another car he lied about second key poor sercive .

  Had the most amazing experience with Hendricks and my sales *** ****** ! In a world where everything is about making a **** these guys still remain true to holding their word and take pride which in my opinion is very hard to find now days . As a single mother thats Avid outdoors person its hard for me to find a truck let alone in my budget and here I found both ! . *** bought a lot of new and used vehicles over the years and hands down this was the best I was ever treated ****** even texted 8 hours later to make sure I made it home safe ! Did i mention I drove 8 hours one way and guess what Id drive 17 hours straight one way to deal with them again Ill never go anywhere elses again !!!! . I had a few hiccups and was totally taken care of above and beyond so definitely not like most dealers that dismiss you right after the sale . So do yourself a favour and purchase the right way from them ! . I honestly cant give yous enough praise and i thank you ! Id give 100 Star rating hands down

  Bought a pre-owned ****** for our daughter after she got her license. What a lemon!! Completely unsafe! Trying to repair has cost us $$$$$ and its still having serious - unsafe issues!

  On Monday 5/21 a check engine light was on in my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500, and called **** Hendrick for an appointment to get it checked out. They told me that the only opening was for Friday 5/25 at 7:30 AM. After I got on time with an appointment that they gave me, and upon arriving on time they told me that they would not be able to get in to run a diagnostic until Friday 5/25. I have always been told that when you have an appointment time, that's that is the time you are to be seen or taken care of. So, on Thursday 5/29 I get a call that the battery is bad, and I gave them to replace the battery. When I got there to pick up my truck, they told me that the cost $900.00 plus dollars, so we go back, and forth and they came back with a figure of $600.00 plus dollars. Ather speaking with the manger for a few times, and let my add that he had very nasty attitude trying to talk down to me. I been buying new cars for over fifty years, and I have never encountered anything like *******, I paid this company that I bought my truck from $595.55 for replacing a battery.

  I really wish I could leave no stars because they dont deserve any. This is not a professional dealership. Ive been taking my car there over the last year for an oil change Only to find out they were NEVER changing it. My car started acting up making noises and driving different but could figure out why. Than I would notice it would say oil is low after that it started cutting off . I took it to another dealership and they said my car had zero oil in it and that my engine was about to lock up. I immediately called them and of course they said theyll have a manager call me but that never Happened. Ive always taking good care of my cars and gotten maintenance but since I moved to the ********** area Hendricks ****** been taking any money and not services my car. I wouldnt suggested none use them for services because you going to be paying for something that you dont get. I literally was about to get another transmission because of them. I wouldnt going there ever.

  Extremely Disappointed with My New 2025 Dodge Ram RHO and ****************** I recently paid cash for a brand-new 2025 Dodge Ram RHO, expecting reliability and good service. Within a week, I faced several problems that have left me frustrated.First, the LED trailer lights wouldnt work when connected to the hitch. The dealership gave me no clear answers, even though the trailer lights were confirmed working by the trailer dealership. My previous 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 had no such issues with the same trailer.Then, my truck lost all electrical power. After calling the dealership, I was given nothing but guesses. I had to remove and recharge both batteries myself. When I reinstalled them, the check engine light came on but showed no error codes when scanned.When I finally brought the truck back, the service department said the relay system needed replacing. I hope this fixes the problem, but the experience has shaken my confidence in a brand-new ********** add insult to injury, the loaner vehicle they gave me was a dirty, smoked-out 2017 ***** Equinoxno effort was made to clean it. After spending a large sum, I expected far better treatment.If these issues arent resolved, I will demand a full refund and take my business elsewhere.   Thanks to ******, my experience this week with Hendrick Luxury Collision was absolutely wonderful! ******** intelligence, professionalism and kindness are most certainly appreciated by me. Being a former educator, I truly believe where ever his career path may lead him, what ever endeavor his so chooses, I am positive ****** will be most successful, as his moral values are of utmost importance to him. ***** *******

  I was lied to, mislead and ultimately insulted by your sales team. I drove down from ********* (a 4 hour drive) under the assumption I was coming to look at a very specific truck. At 530 on Friday, I called the salesmen and he said the truck was still there and I informed him then I would be making the trip down the next day. The salesmen then called me at ************************************* he has pulled the truck up and was ready for me. At that moment I was about an hour away from the dealership. When I arrived i was told that truck had been sold the night before at about 730. The salesmen proceeds to show me a couple of different trucks that I was less than thrilled about owning and ensured me I was going to get a "fantastic deal". The sticker price was $67,***, I was trading in a PAID OFF truck worth approximately 15k and somehow the total on the new truck was ******. How does that make any sense at all? On top of that, there was a 6000 dollar savings that was supposed to be applied. 67000-6000 (cash off)= 61000-15000 (trade in)=46000(+tax)Needless to say, I left very unhappy and would NEVER recommend anyone to your lying dealership or any other dealership with **** Hendricks name on it.

  NOT RECOMMENDED PORTERS/"TECHS" DAMAGED MY HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM (LIKELY DUE TO SEVERE ABUSE) IN THEIR CARE. ** **********, SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER, HAS FULL DENIABILITY AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE ISSUE. AND NO INTEREST IN REPAIR. HE SAID "WE DIDN'T DO IT" WITHIN JUST 24 ************* THAN 5 MILES OF OPERATION AFTER A SCHEDULED ROUTINE OIL CHANGE. IT ENDED WITH THIS NEW MECHANICAL ISSUE. ALSO, BEWARE OF THE ***** "MULTI-POINT INSPECTION". IT'S NON-EXISTENT. YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO GET 1 CUP OF WNDSHLD FLUID. IS IT COMMON HERE TO TREAT A VEHICLE LIKE IT'S STOLEN WHEN OUT OF YOUR SIGHT? THE BRAKES ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR BOTH MY SAFETY AND OTHERS ON THE ***** STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS **************** SERVICE ***** PROTECT YOUR CAR/TRUCK OR THIS COULD ALSO HAPPEN TO YOU.

  Seeing all the negative reviews. I understand now why they may be choosing to not accept calls and referring people to "****** *********". Took car to get oil changed, the *** came on that morning, strangely enough, which my wife knows it is free at almost any automotive parts house to check, but they charged her ******! Had they told her this would be the amount, she wouldn't have agreed to it. I have been calling for three weeks and all I get is a busy signal and dropped calls. Something isn't right at all. I have been able to leave two VM's but no reply back.Sadly, we have bought our two vehicles from them. Likely not ******** warned!
