I was extremely pleased so far with the land portion of my vehicle transport from ******** to ******. I explained to ***** that I would be traveling for the Xmas holiday to visit family. Therefore, they went out of their way to coordinate a carrier prior to my travel departure date. Now just waiting for the ocean portion of my vehicle transport but so far everything is on schedule based on the original dates Sherpa communicated. I plan to provide additional positive feedback once my vehicle reaches Kauai.****************

Sherpa was fantastic! They explained the entire process clearly and kept us posted on everything. The truck came to pick up our car within the promised window (after letting us know when he'd be here--arrived exactly on time) and delivered it as promised, again after notifying us of his ETA. My only issue was that I paid extra for a 2 day window and the company picking it up initially stated they would be come get my car on day 3.
