    Shipped my car from ******** to ******* with Sherpa handling the details. Shipping date and arrival date handled as scheduled for the price quoted. The trucking company transporting the vehicle was very conscientious and it arrived as scheduled without any damage. I would not hesitate to recommend Sherpa to anyone considering shipping an automobile.

    We were very pleased with the service provided. We were apprehensive as this was our first experience with vehicle transport but from start to finish, the communication was very clear and the service very professional.     Was a terrific experience. I am a fanatic about my vehicles and not afraid to admit I was concerned. However, Sherpa was excellent to work with and the transport company and their driver were outstanding. I will be calling them again when its time to transport my vehicle back home.

    Very easy to work with and good customer service. They booked the shipper quickly and provided clear instructions. Driver was polite and prompt, delivering the car on time. He made an effort to find a nearby delivery spot convenient for my daughter. Driver promptly responded to all my texts and called with details.

    Communication was effective and efficient. I didn't have everything in order so had to put pickup on hold. No issues doing this. Once I had paper work in order I emailed Sherpa letting them know vehicle was ready. I recieved phone call within an hour of emailing to confirm and discuss pick up options. They put the order up on the board and order was accepted on 11/22/2023 by VNS Auto Transport **** and I took reciept on 12/1/2023. My vehicle was last to be picked up by VNS so a it took a few days to get to me (*******, ** to *********, **.) I was drivers first stop on the way to *******. **** (our driver) called me when he was an hour out. Told him I'd meet him at Love's, about 8 miles from my house, so he could fuel, do whatever and get back on the road. It was a pleasure meeting **** and working with Sherpa. No additional charges incurred due to putting pick up on hold after it was scheduled. Paid the same price as originally quoted on phone and confirmed via email. Paid ******* fee to Sherpa with credit card and cash balance to driver.

    Everything was great using Sherpa Auto Transport. Their representatvie (******) was very knowlegable and able to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire process. This included patience while I solidfied dates. One gliche, the actual transporter said he was not provided with a contact phone number so the vehicle was delivered without notice-it was provided to Sherpa -so that was on the actual delivery person.
