  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HERE IS WHY:Cut out Sherpa and Call Direct : Go 2 Transportation 1. They are not truthful and use a very aggressive sales technique. They will tell you that because you pay more for the service, you will get someone to transport your vehicle relatively fast. They will tell you someone will bid on your pick up in a day or two. 2. Of course when you hire them, this will not happen. When you call to ask why, they will tell you that what we say, but it never happens. It all depends on who you talk to when you initiate the call.3 They will not make the window for pick up they tell you. They will tell you that they paid more to get your car picked up, but that is hard to believe.4 They will give you a day that your car is going to be picked up. Then they will call you, as they did me, an tell you that the truck broke down and you have a new date for pick up.5 Then they will call you again and tell you on the day of pick up, the truck broke down again, and the pickup is delayed. The will lie to you and when you tell them that over the phone, the gentleman I talked to was screaming back at me. He outright lied. I got the drivers phone number and he said he has a new truck and it did not break down!6 When I did talk to the driver, he said my name was on a manifest, but he was not told to pick up the car. He said he would not pick up the car unless his boss said yes. The driver ( great guy and not affiliated with Sherpa) called me back and said the paper work got fixed and he was picking up my car.7 Sherpa will tell you not to tip the driver. This is not true and please tip the driver.8 Because the car was late on delivery due to Sherpa, I am being charged $221 for late fees to register my car.9 Save money and don't use Sherpa. Call Go2 Transportation 10 Very expensive to use and now the cost got *********** this saves you money

  Pricing was in line with others. Was referred by a friend and previous user. ********************** company was prompt and responsive with direct communications. Detailed with pre and post loading inspection documentation as well as numerous pictures at time of pickup.Very pleased.

  Everyone at Sherpa was awesome to deal with. I had never done a long distance car transport before and I was very nervous about it. But, Sherpa was there to answer my every question and concern and to give me confidence in what they were doing. My car arrived quickly and with no issues. The price quoted was the price I paid nothing more. I'm even getting a rebate to boot. What's not to like. Happy in **. ***

  Very reliable and great communication. Price was reasonable and they guaranteed my car would be picked up and arrive in time. No bait and switch like many other companies do. They were honest and Ill definitely use them again
