  I was very nervous after reading reviews here and on other websites about this industry in general. This was only heightened by the litany of calls and texts within 5 minutes of asking for a quote online. Sherpa was not one of those that had instant quotes coming, but as they were highly rated on BBB I reached out to them, and a couple of others. After several calls to learn more about their process, and they fact that they were not sales pitchy, I decided to go with Sherpa. Sherpa provided the carrier info and when a question popped up about the pickup time as it got late in the day, the carrier was responsive and provided details as necessary. The carrier picked up on day 2 of the window (the 1st day was only a few hours after order placed), and they actually delivered 1 day prior to the quoted delivery day (**** miles away). Being a day early, we were caught off guard, but the driver was very polite and gave us plenty of time to be available to delivery. I will note, that the haul trailer was long and could not make turns onto residential side streets (we had to unload on main 2 lane road with me directing traffic). Be prepared to provide an alternative drop location. This was a very stressful decision based on everything I read. Using Sherpa helped reduce the anxiety and performed exactly as they said they would.

  I shipped a car from ********** to ********** with Sherpa. I asked or a bid and they both texted and called me within about 5 minutes. The driver contacted me to load on the first day I wanted to ship the car. Driver was courteous and professional and delivered to ********** in five days with ***********. I love that Sherpa covers a car wash, too. Was a five star experience. I recommend Sherpa without reservation!

  Never shipped a car before, was very straightforward with Sherpa.After calling and setting a date, you'll get a 5 day pick up range, our car was picked up on day 3. It took about a week to arrive, and this was going west coast to east coast. The driver worked with our schedules to arrive when we'd be able to meet him. The cost was the same as what we were quoted, no craziness or last minute changes.Would use again if I had to ship another car.

  After a not so great experience with a different company, Sherpa came through. I made it very clear with the prior company that I was making reservations (Plane, car rental, housing) and if there were going to be delays to tell me since it didn't seem like it was progressing as planned. They assured me it was and I just didn't understand how it works. I received an email the day of pickup that they were enroute to get the car. At 4:00 PM I called to check on it and was advised they had to find another driver the one coming wasn't insured. They had three weeks to find an insured driver. I had to change all arragements at a significant cost. Sherpa were upfront with the process and delivered on time. No games, honest driver. It did take and extra day or two but weather was bad during that period. The other Company pleaded for me to take a negative review down, I told them all I asked for was honesty which I didn't get with them.

  Nowhere near as difficult as I imagined. Called Sherpa, provided the details they needed, they found the transport, coordinated it all, arrived within the delivery window, couldnt ask for better.

  Sherpa delivered my car on time and at the quoted price. Actually, they cut their commission by $200 to get my car to me on time. They stayed in touch daily to keep me apprised about shipping status which meant a lot to me.Great service, great staff and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for your shipping needs.

  My vehicle was delivered on time and with care. Sherpa representatives were excellent explaining how the transport worked (this was my first time shipping a vehicle) and the driver communicated with me several times while transporting the vehicle across the country. I couldn't have asked for better service.
