    Don't call anyone else!! I was let down by another car transport service, they called to confirm the day before and never showed up! I had to leave to get to my new home so my car was stuck ***** miles away. I called Sherpa and they suggested I reach out to the dealership where I purchased my car and see if they would coordinate the pickup since I wasn't there, and they did. The transport was entirely smooth, prices were very reasonable, they communicated and updated me with the status of my car, and most importantly - they showed up on time! ***** at Sherpa is the best, he knew I was anxious about the previous experience and he offered solutions and suggestions and made the whole process so easy. The carrier that they used was *****************. Both companies are great and I wouldn't use anyone else!!! A++++++++

    Pick up schedule for today between 4-7pm central via Sherpas carrier SAP. I have expressed to both companies that the Sender is dealing with the loss of a loved one and I want to make this as stress free as possible. Received email yesterday stating we would get 24 hour notice of pick up time. After I have made many calls today I receive an email stating that the Carrier would be there TODAY between 4-7pm central. I have been consumed with calling both the ************************************** literally all day today to only be told lie after lie?? Its 8pm central and we are still waiting. How unprofessional! How are you even in business? Oh, wait! I know whyits because the $300 deposit for securing a Carrier that never shows up is non-refundable. Imagine collecting that on every customer that you fail to show up for. **********************, SAP or anyone affiliated does not have permission to go anywhere near or to even touch my ******* Elantra. I wouldnt even trust you to transport my Fur Baby. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for representing to be reputable company. You are full of mess and God surely doesnt bless mess!Sincerely ******,***********************

    Affordable offer, good communication, and excellent delivery! Thank you Sherpa for getting our vehicle to us as quickly and safely as possible. The truck carrier was very nice and our driver was professional and took good care during transport many thanks!

    Exceeded my expectations. From my initial inquiry to the timely delivery of my car at its destination, I dealt with courteous, confident, truthful, skilled, detailed individuals. The price was reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    I work for a New Car Dealership. We transport new vehicles across the country once in a while. This by far was the best and easiest transport I have done in over 40 years in the automotive business. Best price and easiest doing business. Will use Sherpa Again.

    Timely. Covered transport arrived on time, and as promised. Driver was courteous and friendly, and explained the process, and provided updates along the way on a **** mile journey. Downside: demand either cash or cashiers check at pickup. Inconvenient either way, either having large amounts of cash, or having to go to a bank and get a cashiers check. Credit Card would be more convenient.

    From start to finish, Sherpa and their transport driver were spot on! I submitted information for a quote and every day after I received either a phone call or email. I received 3 other quotes from 3 other companies, only one other followed up with a couple of emails.The window for pickup was honored and the driver kept in contact. The only issue was that the driver was going to beat the delivery window by two to four days making the delivery of the final payment via Priority Mail, a little close. I contacted Sherpa to let them know that if delivered on the date the driver told me there may be an issue of final payment arriving in time; they weren't (seemingly) aware that the driver was going to be delivering that early. This is the first time I've used a transport company and can say I'm pleased with the experience. I chose Sherpa because of their complaints were the lowest and their responses to complaints were focused on customer satisfaction not customer demonizing. They had the highest price but the best customer service.

    This was a nightmare experience for me. Funnily enough, the first sales rep I spoke to at Sherpa warned me that the car shipping industry is full of scams and that I should be careful in selecting a broker. Well, I selected Sherpa, asked for a 5 day delivery window but noted a preference for avoiding one day in that window because I had work commitments on that day. Of course, they booked a shipper for that day I had asked to avoid. So I reworked all of my schedule to make that day work and then when the big day came? Nobody showed up. Nobody from Sherpa contacted me. After a few hours on hold waiting on support I was told that "sorry the shipper's truck broke down and they won't be there until tomorrow" (outside of the committed window). I was pretty upset but again reworked plans to have someone else handle the car pickup. But the next day came, and again, no word from Sherpa or the shipper. So I spend another couple hours on the phone waiting for support and find that the shipper won't be there until middle of next week. At this point I'm too frustrated and don't trust that Sherpa will actually ever coordinate picking up my car. So I cancel my order and went with a competitor (eShip). That service wasn't great either but they at least picked up my car and got it across the country. Basically, they will lock you in with the deposit and then stop picking up your calls. Their sales desk is much better staffed than their support desk. There is no accountability, no proactive outreach, no real service.Thankfully, I had my deposit refunded and I was able to find another option. But the experience was miserable. Next time I'm going to strongly consider driving my car across the country myself or just selling it where it is.
