  Car purchase was delayed due to weather and other obstacles. Sherpa was great working through it with me and rescheduling pick up without additional fees. Car arrived safe and sound. Glad i picked them. Will use again if ever needed.

  The Sherpa team is legit.. Pricing was competitive, communication was very structured in a good way. We had a hiccup in that the pickup window was not met, however they honored their guarantee without any input from me and the car was picked a couple days later. Car arrived in same condition, Transport company/driver communicative and professional. Thank you to all who made this happen.PS. Be sure to read all the fine print about possible delays and give yourself a big window.Lots of variables out of your control, so try to be patient and let the process flow.

  I was completely new to this world of car transport and Sherpa was patient, fair, communicated well, and honored their quote even after the transport became more costly due to variables outside of their control. I would use them again for sure.

  After researching and calling several companies, I chose Sherpa because of the rep on the phone. So helpful and inspired confidence in going with them. they were very responsive to my questions throughout the whole process. My car arrived safely and in good shape.   The driver had my car up in 1 day for a **************************************************** the loop within a 6 hour period.He was a nice guy and my car was in same condition as when he picked it up.Great company and will do business again

  Never had to ship a car before so I searched the internet and called around to numerous places. I am so happy that I called Sherpa, every person I spoke to was professional and courteous. The drivers communication was top notch. I would highly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport to anyone needing this type of service, you can not go wrong!

  We shipped our daughters new car from ************, ** to her at the ***********************************. Communications with Sherpas customer service team were prompt and the driver that was assigned was courteous, thorough, and professional. While we would have preferred a little more advanced notice for pickup, we loved that we could track the car online all the way to drop-off. Best of all, the car was delivered without issue in just under 3 days!This was our first experience in transporting a car and we could not have been happier with our experience with the service!
