    I wouldnt even give them one star. Total rip off. Made me purchase their insurance. Never gave me any receipt. No email. Nothing. $700 for a ****** Camry for 4 days. I got a flat tire and had to deal with it and pay for it. I called them over 10 times, nobody picks up. Called the main number and they were no help then transferred me to the Charlotte ******* Of course no one picked up. I didnt realize they werent even at the airport. Booked through ******* and thought they were at the airport. Not so. I was lucky and happened to walk out just as their shuttle was dropping off. As soon as we pulled in to the establishment I knew it was shady. Im traveling without my husband and with 3 teenagers. I just wanted to get out of there and hit the road to visit my parents for Thanksgiving. My bad for not doing my research. Im quite sure they wont reimburse me for the tire even though they made me purchase their insurance. In fact theyll probably charge me more.

    FRAUD! + terrible reviews on ***...BOOKED ON PRICELINE! Terrible experience @ $70.21/ 2days... ended up $581.86 or more **** spent for two days of driving & no emailed receipt of what would be returned! I videod dealing with front desk at return as it was so sketchy. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES no receipts sent (just additional charge) when booked on priceline it shows that its on site at the airport. So you will wander around until you figure out where to go and airport tries to help. I did this for 1.5 hours and was late to a dentist appointment bc of it.... You have to ride a shuttle from airport to get to the business, there is no wifi once you enter the building to confirm insurance, additional charges are given and no confirmation receipt emailed or printed of why they charge $419 extra to drive it off the lot. Different employees said they would email receipt, received nothing but more charges & a ************* you cant reply too. I feel bad for the employees who have to work at an unethical place like this... so frustrating. One *** said 5-8 business days 350 would be returned another 3-5 days all i received was another bill!

    We traveled ************* and reserved a car rental with this MEGA MC car rental that was on the priceline website where we got our fight. Got to the ***************** and we checked our paperwork to see where to go, we called the number to let them know we were at the zone 1 and waiting for them to pick us up. No one answered the phone, so we called again and again still no answer we waited about 2 hr.s finally the van with the MEGA MC company can. We got to the Building and asked the young girl what was going on with their airport pick up, were we upset yes because they were to pick us up in ten but didn't show up. The Manger came out and said the he was not going to rent to us, because we were upset. we said but you have our money, He said he was calling the police on us, we said for him to do so. He did not give us our car. we have pictures of the convered service garage or a hole in the wall business he said that he does not have to rent to the "LIKE's of us. He ask his one driver to take us back to the airport. We will be contacting priceling about who they allow on their website. The young lady at the desk said she had cancelled 27 reservations that morning. Do not Use this company or Economy car rentals.

    9/22/2024:From the moment I picked up this rental, it was one hidden fee after another. The car had external scratches and dents and there was a loose tire lug in the glove compartment. Despite my returning the car a day early and depositing the key in their drop box as instructed, I just receive an email 15 hours later notifying me that my car was NOT returned. This also despite their agent giving us the after hour return instructions. I have video proof of it all and will not be hassled nor scammed. Calling the state attorney general. Run away fast!

    Denied a rental car. First time in 20 years. They demanded declarations of insurance. They demanded us to call our insurance (State Farm) to verify we are actually insured. They said it was “North Carolina law”.
    Yet they still gave me a bill.
    I booked with enterprise about an hour after. Never had to do/show/prove any of this.
    Horrible company.

    This company and their policy for doing business is a disgrace! Absolutely do not book with them, you will regret it. I feel terrible for the young front desk staff that has to work for such terrible people, doing terrible business and supporting a terrible policy.

    This company is run by THEIVES. They will scam you out of hundreds of dollars. I had a 3-day rental with this company which I booked and paid for through priceline. Upon arrival at the location they informed that I MUST purchase insurance through them and that they would not accept the insurance provided through my credit card company. In addition, they charged my credit card $350 for a deposit which they said would be returned as soon as the car was returned. I retunred the car almost 4 weeks ago and still have not been refunded my money. When you call them they say they can only take a message and someone will call you back. I have called several times and have not received a call back.

    I rented a car for my nieces graduation in May. I paid the price for the rental in full, returned the agreed upon time with a full tank of gas, and the car in its original condition. Theres a refundable hold that they place on your account until you return the car. However, instead of the company releasing my funds on hold as agreed upon, they charged me $350 twice on my credit card. I have been trying to resolve this situation with customer service and no one has resolved the issue. I was told it would be expedited and its been over a week since Ive been contacted. I have filed with my credit card company. This company has the worse customer service and I need my issue resolved.

    I paid for insurance they didn't accept from reservation. I can't get my $40 back.I have yet to receive additional $150 from $500 deposit, I got $350.They won't answer phone.I have been lied to twice as my ___ sits still waiting after 3 weeks.I deserve $$$$ for pain and suffering. Pull their license.

    Over booked and didnt not call to tell us that they ****** have any cars available. Instead, we get there and they told us upon arrival. Do not boo through them. Horrible customer service and they ruined our plans
