    I was sold the promise that I would receive AT LEAST three coins inside of my box. Each box was ****** and I purchased a total of (5) boxes. However many of my boxes only contained one or two coins at best, and one of boxes even contained a broken/ damages plastic slab. I called and spoke to somebody on the phone, I was told to send pictures as proof with my email, and they would get back to me... that was well over 30 days ago. I have even sent at least two follow up emails which I've gotten more response. Super unhappy with my purchase as I do not feel I received what I was promised. and since I cannot get them to work with me on anything, I'm filing this complaint. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I don't want others to do the same.

    I am writing in response to the complaint submitted by ****** ******** regarding Order Numbers #********** and #**********.

    Addressing the Complaint: After thoroughly reviewing Ms. ********* claims and the supporting photos she provided, we can confirm the following:
    -Each of the five boxes Ms. ******** purchased at $199.99 contained at least three coins, as promised at the time of sale.
    **** ******** has expressed that she does not consider certain coins to be valid because they are colorized. However, each coin included in the boxes is:
    -Authorized by either the ************* or a recognized World government.
    -Officially minted with an effigy and a valid denomination in its respective native currency (e.g., dollars or other).

    It is important to clarify that the coins provided fully meet the advertised terms and legal standards for numismatic collectibles.

    Company Policies:

    Our return policy clearly states that opened merchandise cannot be returned.
    The product purchased offers customers an opportunity to receive ********************** of much higher value. This is part of the format of mystery-style products, which is fully disclosed at the time of purchase. The possibility of receiving a premium item is inherent to the nature of the product.
    We cannot accept a return simply because the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome, **** to attempting to return a lottery ticket after it has been scratched and found to be non-winning.

    Final Response: While we regret that Ms. ******** is unhappy with her purchase,her assertions regarding the contents of the boxes are incorrect and not supported by the facts. The products she received met or exceeded the promised conditions. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or any further accommodations as this would be inconsistent with our stated terms of service and policies.

    Dear CoinsTV,
    Thank you for addressing my complaint. However, I reject your response as it does not adequately consider the concerns I raised. Furthermore, your claim that my assertions are "incorrect and not supported by the facts" is dismissive and fails to address the specific issues I outlined.
    Damaged Item:
    One of the coins I received is damaged or "broken," significantly reducing its value. This issue is documented in the photos I provided and was dismissed unfairly in your response.
    Colorized Coins:
    While colorized coins may meet legal tender standards, they are widely considered novelty items rather than serious collectibles. This undermines the advertised value proposition I relied upon when making my purchase.
    Return Policy and Quality:
    While I understand the mystery box format, the condition of the delivered items goes beyond simple dissatisfaction. Receiving damaged items was neither disclosed nor expected, and your return policy should account for defective products.
    Your Assertion of My Claims Being "Incorrect":
    I strongly object to your dismissal of my claims as incorrect. The damaged coin and the issues surrounding the value of colorized coins are well-documented and supported by industry standards.
    Request for Resolution:
    I respectfully request:
    Replacement of the damaged coin with a comparable item in good condition, or
    A partial refund to account for the diminished value caused by the defective item.
    This matter concerns the quality and condition of the items delivered, not dissatisfaction with the mystery box format. I trust you will reconsider your position to reach an equitable resolution.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Completely dissatisfied with the entire situation from start to finish. I would like to just know how I can post a public review so that other fellow shoppers can read my experiences,  and prior to them spending money and making purchases and or perhaps even encountering the same headache I have been dealing with for the last 2 months.  and now I am at the point of all of the time wasted and efforts I have put into making this complaint against this business and I feel extremely dissatisfied with everything. The offer that the company made is too little too late,  all of that was offered at this point I just want to write my review so that it can be viewed publicly and be done with the situation because I'm tired of it wasting my time.  when in the end I the customer and still left unsatisfied angry disappointed,  and I'm out $1,000  no big deal
