    No unboxing what happensWent on website and made a purchase of $199.60 what was supposed to be gold what I got were eight plastic cards with a small gold colored emblem in the middle totally not what I expected you can't even tell if it even is gold or just a gold colored emblem try to contact vendor several times and now does not reply after I repeatedly requested a refund for the return of the items

    We are sorry the customer is not happy with the gold he purchased. However, our policy stands. We do not accept returns on bullion and they are final sale items.
