    I purchased a system for removing water from under the house. I was told that I needed 2 sump pumps to handle the job. I paid apprx 7000 for the job. I have had standing water under my house at least 7 times in the 8 months I have had the system. Numerous of these occasions it was blamed on a faulty outdoor plug. Once we had a new electrically line put in . twice the outside plug was replaced and once replace with an outdoor plug for the outdoors. I have tried today to reach the company because once again it is not working. my crawlspace is full of water and the electrical plug has not tripped. The pumps just do not work. Again, at least 7 times in 8 months. The manager of my region is named ******. He was very nice until the last time. I was not pleasant about having yet another problem and he seemed to think that his equipment was working just fine. It was not and he seemed to get a bit terse. I have tried to reach the *** a *************************** but am unable to find a direct number for him.I looked him up on Linkedin and have not heard back as of yet. It is a preposterous situation and I seek complete remedy by either a correct fix of the problem or a full refund. The crawlspace was inspected prior to the install and there was no water damage at that time. If I have suffered damage due to the poor quality of the install then I will want that remedied as well (financially) If the company was a little better about responding to an emergency I would not have to be writing this. I had hoped to settle this amicably but enough is enough!!

    I wanted to let you know that we are in the process of resolving this claim per our warranty.  Since this complaint we have installed more than double the original of scope of work.  In order to fully resolve I am meeting a subcontractor and the homeowner to ensure that our system is performing as designed.

    I am rejecting this response because the comment of doing extra work leaves one to believe that it was done as extra instead of because it does not work. The manager is coming to  check the work with an electrician because the system still is not working after the last fix. As before I either want it fixed or a complete refund. And after all these times that it has not worked an apology has yet to be given.

    I visited this property with our subcontractor and discovered that there was an electical issue preventing the pumps from evacuating the water in ************************** crawl space.  Over the weekend we had hard rains.  I spoke with ********************** this morning  and he reported his crawl space was dry.  I apologized for the hassle and offered to be a point for any warranty claims moving forward
