  I used this company for my crawl space. Their *** came out explained everything and I signed a contract. When they came to do my work it was not done as stated in the contract. I objected and they said that they do not put pilars in that way any more so I let them continue. Had to have an outlet put in for the dehumidifier as well. When it came to putting in the dehumidifier it did not fit where they said they were putting it. Wouldnt you think they knew the size of the dehumidifier and move the dirt around before encapsulating it. They installed the dehumidifier at the end of the house and wanted to run an extension cord to the outlet, I objected and said that was dangerous. I called the company and complained. They said they would send the electrician out to move the outlet but it would be 2 weeks so now my crawl space is sitting enclosed while it rains collecting some mold on the boards. The dehumidifier was placed at the end of the house causing it to run less productive. I would not recommend this group.

  I'm unhappy with this company. The install was November 2023 and in March 2024 I contacted GM ******* *******, my sales **** and the inspector, requesting documentation for my taxes to take advantage of the insulation credit. By email because I wanted a paper trail of my contact attempts. No response, so I lost the credit. I contacted the main email address to raise my dissatisfaction with the install and they told me they'd refer me to the local ***************** and I never heard back. The only response since November was to my ****** review, asking me to reach out. Which, I've done. They didn't contact me. I had a home inspection done to review all the improvements I'd done since purchasing my home, and the crawlspace work was the one sore thumb in the report. The work is sloppy AND actively recirculating water collected from the crawlspace back into the crawlspace. The dehumidifier tube drips water onto the vapor barrier and the outside spout dumps water directly onto the concrete foundation. **** is growing below the spout and the wall is perpetually wet. I put a 5gallon bucket beneath the spout and in a few days, it's almost half full. The inspector recommended lifting the dehumidifier and running a PVC pipe to the sloped side of the house, which is the closer wall, allowing gravity to pull the water away from the foundation. This would also eliminate the floppy tube currently snaking the length of the crawlspace floor.I don't know if I'd trust them to go back in versus just credit back the install so I can pay someone else to do it.

  Crawlspace really came through quickly and efficiently after the Hurricane. They listened to us and fixed the issue with little delays considering the damage of the storm in the surrounding area. The initial install was done amazing well and their support has been stellar.

  Very disappointed! This company may be a scam. Don't deal with these guys.They started the project on day 1(June 10), completed 30% and then left and didn't return. This was only supposed to be a 2-3 day project. It is now 3 months of waiting and they even found a way to charged my loan in full for the project($12,997.26) before completion. I have reached out to 5 of their employees and each one keeps pushing me another week further and no one shows up or calls. I keep calling and texting them, only to get the same excuses (short staffing & family issues). Then another reschedule.(**** *******, ********, ******, ***** or Angel) ** hear those names...Run!

  Our crawl space needed a complete renovation. The insulation was sagging, floors squeaking, and mold on the floor joists. Three companies inspected and quoted. Crawl Space ***** was competitive with their bid and the only one that removed the mold by scrubbing the floor joists after spraying them with a cleaner. They removed the insulation and old vapor barrier, installed additional support piers, sealed the vents, added vapor barrier to the walls and floor, wrapped the support piers, and installed a dehumidifier. All work was done in a professional manner. Glad I chose this Company; A+++

  Job not completed when after company said it was. Not professional. Abandon job site. Damaged to property. Left electrical light on for weeks under house. Left tools and trash behind. Dehumidifier left in box uninstalled. Upped original price. Poor communication. Physical health stuffing due to mold issue not being corrected.

  This company is amazing! I wanted an expert's opinion on the crawl space of a new house that I purchased. ***** notified me the day before the appointment and before he left with an ETA - he also ended up being early which was awesome. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and the inspection only took 15 minutes.The best part is that he was completely upfront with the fact that the crawlspace was in good condition and did not try to convince me to buy anything I didn't need. For a company that provides a free inspection and estimate, it is really amazing that they are upfront when there is nothing that needs to be done. Definitely give them a call if you even think you might have a problem - they will be honest if you don't and if you do, you will be able to avoid much more expensive costs for repairing the damage in the future.
