      i bought a shirt back in june of this year belk sent me a return label and i sent it back i paid with a belk gift card and requested a refund and got nothing as of today october 12!! i need help from the better business bureau to get my refund of $45 back!!

      I have to wonder. how does a company have a A plus rating with one star? is the credit bureau getting paid by Belk. bought a defective bracelet for 800 dollars can't get a return label. this is the worst company I have every seen. I have called over 6 times. I have to go though my credit card company and let them know how fraudulent Belk is. I have to contact the states attorneys office. I should have read the reviews before hand,

      If i could leave 0 stars I would. I had the worst customer experience of any ********************** store I've ever been in at Belk in the ***************! I went into an open fitting room that apparently was actually still in use, (Belk has no "In Use" indicator besides the door being closed) so, there was no indication that the room was occupied because it was left open and people often leave items in the rooms. The Clerk, *****, rather than clearly communicate the misunderstanding as a customer service professional, instead comes to the door and aggressively beats on it demanding I come out of the room. I felt embarrassed and profiled not only but the other customer he was assisting but more importantly by ***** himself! As a Black male he treated me as though he had every reason to believe I was going through the belongings of the lady's son. When I chose to address ***** after the experience he cut me off, looked down his nose at me, then turned his back to me and said "go talk to a Manager". The Manager did nothing and I have yet to receive a return call from any leader in that store. STAY AWAY FROM BELK AT THE *************** IN *********, **!

      I placed an online order. Needed to return it as the product was very cheaply made. Sent the package back via **** as directed on 8/19/22. The tracking number and their customer service ********************** confirmed they received my return on 8/23/22. It is 9/1/22 and I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card. I called again today inquiring where the refund was. Was told I needed to wait 15 business days or until 9/15/22 until I would get my return. This is horrible customer service having to wait almost one month to get your money back! Especially when the tracking number AND Belk confirms they received the package on 8/23/22. Will not order from them again!!!!

      I purchased something but the size was too small so sent it back right away but never got a refund. Its been more than a month now since they have received the items with **** tracking. Spoke to 4 people and they kept saying it will reflect in 2-3 days but the money was never credited to my account. Am so disappointed. This is my first time shopping at Belk so never again .
