      Belks process of shipping should be updated and met to a standard that makes a shopper want to shop with the company in the future. I ordered a blush colored flower satin heel which was what the internet showed was available on the website. When I received my confirmation email of shipping, the image was updated to a totally different color of the shoe. I called customer care and explained to the *** that the email image doesnt match what I ordered. She confirmed that I would receive the blush colored shoe that I ordered. When I received the package, my my my, opened the box and there goes a creame colored shoe which I never selected and is what was shown on the confirmation email. I am unhappy with the entire order not to mention the other items included in the shipment were delivered at the incorrect address. Had to file a claim on lost package. I believe that communication is broken and systems dont connect to each other with the ordering process, inventory available and whats being sent out. Plus, whoever is in charge of these processes need to take a better look at all the reviews and complaints to fix whats broken; the issue is still at hand. The company went out the easy way by offering a refund vs taking time to research why we have another unhappy customer. I searched their website because I was looking for a pretty heel to wear to church. I give the process a ZERO score.

      Ordered nearly ******* worth of clothes, the clothes were thrown in a box loose and shipped. The box was torn and a suit jacket was missing, I have spoken with customer service 4 different times and still nothing has been done.

      Buyer beware! Belks **************** is unreliable! Sent a chat/email inquiry a while back with no response. Spoke with 3 different representatives about a reordered exchange for an online order and spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with NO RESOLUTION.

      WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two pair of shoes, and returned them, only to be told three different things from them on three different occasions! Its a complete scam if you ask me! Ill NEVER order anything from them EVER! And the shoes looked sooooo cheap! Nope nope nope!

      I purchased a Victorinox wristwatch 9/30/24 from Belk.com. A ********** type watch, the item was presented as new. After receiving the product and wearing, it worked well until early May-of 2025. I first checked with the manufacturer to determine any warranty they would provide. At their request, I submitted photos of the front and back of the watch. The response I received from Victorinox was that they last manufactured that model in 2013 and no longer provided spare parts for that model and referred me to an authorized repair service in ********************, i visited a local Belk store. The service person there directed me to the ******** service center. The Belk.com service center was not helpful indicating that they have. 30 day return policy and there were no other options.This watch should have been good for decades. The fact that the product was more than 12 years old should have been divulged at the time of sale. Further, they should have offered a comparable replacement or refund.The cost of repair will be nearly as much as new.Needless to say, Belk will never get my business again.

      I recently ordered a shirt online from Belk. I never did receive my shirt nor did I even receive an order number. Then they sent me a bill for the shirt that I never received. I called and emailed them and all I got was people that didnt know what they were doing. They were rude. They never would take the charge off my card. I gave them one star because that was the lowest grade I could give them. They really need to change their way of doing business. All they care about was making money. I know when it was founded it wasnt like that. I am very disappointed.

      Belk charge card by Synchrony charged me ***** saying my account was closed on the check i wrote .Took to the bank they said no I had money in there. SYNCHRONY WOULD NOT TAKE ***** CHARGE OFF WILL NOT USE ANYTHING WITH THEIR NAME ATTACHED TO IT ANYMORE

      Believe the reviews! Belk is absolutely horrible. Order items for overnight shipping for my wedding and didn't receive them until I was gone for my honeymoon. Terrible customer service and lied on ***** and said they changed the shipping, which I promptly set up a conference call to prove Belk was lying. Once I got my late order, they left the security tag on my shorts. They did refund my shipping fee and a$20 gift card but it didn't compensate all the errors and bad taste for my wedding. They are truly the worst company ever! Don't spend your money with them at all! If I could give them negative stars I would!

      Review specific to Belk MasterCard. Belk ********** decided to add paper statement fee. Customers never agreed to this. Customer made it clear she would not pay this fee. Fee continued to show up on statements. Time was wasted calling repeatedly. Was told fee could not be removed - indicates stupidity. More likely they just would not remove it - indicates stubborness. **************** agents patronized customer by explaining how interest works. Patronized further saying, we're sorry you feel that way - stating facts is not expressing feelings. Agents tried to gaslight by saying continued use of the card indicated agreement - customer told them not to pull that double speak. Customer who always pays bills in full on time treated like trash and cancelled account. ********************** mastercard was ugly through entire process.
