  Happy drier vent cleaning customer since 2019. Making an appointment is easy. Technician is prompt and professional. This is not a service you should avoid having done.

  We have used this company for OVER 7 YEARS, since our arrival in *********. A neighbor had several thousand dollars damage due to a blocked dryer vent - NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE ! We were advised to use SMOKE ALERT.These gentlemen are ALL CURRENT OR FORMER FIREFIGHTERS WHO ROUTINELY RISK THEIR LIVES TO SAVE LIVES ! TRUE HEROES ! ***************** ARE COMMON VIRTUES ! My father was a New York City *************** grew up knowing them.They are ALL HIGHLY SKILLED, WELL-TRAINED & WELL-EQUIPPED TO PROPERLY INSTALL & MAINTAIN ************************* (Carbon Monoxide) DETECTORS & ALARMS & do a PROFESSIONAL & THOROUGH ********************* OF DRYER *********** FIREPLACES !They also check our PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - LIFE SAVING ESSENTIALS IF NEEDED !And the OFFICE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT !SIMPLY PUT, THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST !

  Great communication and exceptional customer service. G.H. was EXTREMELY polite and knowledgeable. We are repeat customers (dryer vent cleaning) and could not be more pleased! There is comfort in knowing that your smoke detectors/fire extinguishers are also checked. 10 stars!

  Smoke Alert recently performed both a dryer vent and gas fireplace service for us, and we're extremely satisfied! The technician was very thorough and explained everything in detail. The gas logs weren't installed correctly by the builder - now that he's put them in the right location and cleaned the glass, the fire is much more delightful! Our dryer vents to the roof, and there was a lot of lint in the vent - he cleaned it all and the performance of the vent is now about 3x what it was. This is both safer and the clothes are drying faster (which saves energy). He also checked all of the detectors and we purchased fire extinguishers because we didn't have any in the house.Will definitely be having them perform the service next year, and then every year or two after that.

  ***** did an excellent job replacing my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. He answered all my questions, left product information for future reference, checked my fire extinguishers, dryer vent and even tested my batteries for me. Great to have someone exceed my high expectations!

  Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety for dryer duct cleaning. ******** called in advance and arrived on time. He gave an explanation of his service and his findings. His work was very efficient. Highly recommend Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety. ******** was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  I made an appointment to have the dryer duct cleaned. ***** arrived at 8:00 a.m., introduced himself and began his work. He immediately set up his equipment and fairly quickly cleared the *********. Toward the end, he invited me to look into the camera to see the empty duct. Impressive! When he had thoroughly finished with the dryer, he checked out our carbon monoxide monitors, fire extinguishers and fire alarm system. We had the wrong type extinguisher in the kitchen and a faulty one in one of the rooms. We also had several fire alarms past their guarantee date. Talk about an education!I recommend Smoke Alert and commend ***** on being such a pleasant, professional and highly trained technician.
