  ***** called and said they would arrive at 8:00 and they showed up exactly at 8. Both ***** and his Trainee (so sorry I've forgotten his name) were friendly, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. After completing the dryer vent cleaning they explained exactly what they did and what the results were. Based on their evaluation they said we could go to every other year for cleaning unless we noticed anything that didn't seem right.They then checked all the smoke detectors and spotted an irregularity on one which they took apart and fixed. They checked all the fire extinguishers and their expiration dates. ***** also asked about the fireplace which we don't use very often and suggested that at some point we should have it cleaned.Both technicians were excellent. This is the second time I've used them and I will continue to do so and recommend them to our neighbors. I love that they will contact me when we are due for our next cleaning. One last thing to remember.****** up for ***** and his partner and for Smoke Alert. Extremely thorough and professional.

  Polished and professional. Contacted us prior to arriving with approximate ETA of their arrival. We had our dryer, located on the 2nd floor, duct cleaned out and electric fireplace serviced as well.We will definitely call upon Smoke Alert for all our home safety needs in the future.Highly recommend.

  When I first purchased my home they came out & installed all new smoke detectors & cleaned the dryer vent. Three years later I called to have another dryer vent ***************** my detectors. Excellent customer service! *******************, on time and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend Smoke Alert!

  Professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, explained their offerings and proceeded with replacement. No more chirping and good for 10 years. Also, found my current fire extinguisher expired and replaced with new ones.

  This is a truly professional company. They know what they are doing. They show up on time, explain what they are doing, take and share pictures as they go. When finished you have the job promised done completely. I will continue to use Smoke Alert and I recommend them with confidence.

  They performed a great job of cleaning the dryer vent and replaced our fire alarms. Batteries are good for 10 years. When I turn 70 I will change them !!

  ************** inspected my fireplace and made safety checks on my other equipment. He informed me on the condition of my fireplace and answered all the questions I had. I appreciate the knowledge that firemen have and share about fire safety. ***** was very professional and knowledgeable which I really appreciate.

  ******** showed up on time and was a complete professional during the whole process of cleaning and inspecting my fireplace. He went over everything he did in great detail, answered all my questions and even made some great overall suggestions. Furthermore, while he was here, I asked if he could clean and inspect my daughters chimney as well, since they are right next door. He immediately called in to the office, got approval and performed the same professional service on their chimney as he did on mine. I would/will use him again anytime I need fireplace or chimney work done.
