  "Dr. *********************** *****"....... professional, dedicated and personable with a true calling for performing his task to the pinnacle of exemplary within his field.   I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. ********************* at the Southpark location made me feel like he cared and wanted to help but to my surprise he filled my chart with lies. I suffer from a condition called IIH that is chronic and lifelong. ************** charted that I do not have active or uncontrolled IIH which is far from the truth. He also negated all my symptoms besides a headache and told me to seek further care with my primary doctor. When I asked that ************** amend my chart he responded by sending me a nasty email on the patient portal and continued to downplay my symptoms. I requested a phone call with ************** to better clarify my concerns. ************** called me from his office later that day and became irate and began yelling when I explained to him why I felt his documentation was incorrect. His aggressive and belligerent behavior over the phone left me in tears. I am extremely disappointed in Dr. ****** lack of respect and professionalism. I do not recommend seeing Dr. ********************* for any of your neuro ophthalmic needs.

To that end, we have a very active quality assurance review process and provide multiple ways that patients can contact us directly and share their concerns. We investigate every patient concern, but because of HIPPA privacy regulations, we cannot discuss a specific patient case other than directly with the patient. Consequently, we are in touch directly with the patient and attempting to resolve the concerns. Thank you for your support in these efforts.

  I ordered a pair of glasses costing $1039.50 on July 12, 2022 and paid 1/2 down - $519.00. When I went to pick them up on August 3, 2022, they told me that the lab had used the wrong frame. They told me the one the lab used cost more than the one I had picked out and they would let me have it for the same price. I tried it on only to discover that I couldn't read anything. The distance was fine but the reading strength was way too weak. I was upset so I told them to cancel the order. I was told I would receive my refund in 4-5 days. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. I have called and sent numerous messages through the CEENTA portal. I am always told that they do not issue many refunds so it takes a while. They do not return phone calls and the people that I talk to are not helpful and often rude.I purchased my glasses elsewhere and will never use them again. The doctors are good but their billing department is terrible.

  Not really sure this business can accurately be called medical OR professional. I was getting splitting migraine, and my GP referred me here for an eye exam. They swore up and down my glasses and eyes were fine. Their staff and so-called "doctor" left such an unprofessional impression that I wanted a second opinion, and went straight to my own eye doctor. It took him about 30 seconds to notice the pupillary distance of the new glasses I had been wearing was off by a significant amount. He asked if I had bought the glasses online, using a P.D. that I tried to measure myself, and I confessed that I had. He told me to get a better pair, and even measured me so I could give the online vendor more accurate information. These migraines were life changing when they were happening, I was unable to work or drive a car. And had I believed the terrible doctor at Charlotte Ear Nose and Throat, instead of seeking a more qualified opinion, my life could be dramatically worse.For the love of all that is good in this world, do not visit this nightmare factory masquerading as a medical facility. Your health - and that of your loved ones - is too precious to waste. See a voodoo witchdoctor first, it is probably cheaper, and equally inaccurate, so you would get a better bang for your wasted Buck.

  I am writing this review about CEENTA of Southpark based on experience. My journey began in the ****** ************ with ************** for an eye exam. I needed to see an Opthamologist so I was referred by another doctor. Then I was sent to the **************** location for contacts, that cost $1700. After seeing Dr. ***** on more than 4-5 visits I was charged nearly $4500 and the contacts were supposed to be custom fit didnt provide me with the corrected vision, I returned them and the supplies that were attached. What infuriated me was I was charged $147.52 for each visit after Dr. ***** told me the visits were not to be charged until we got the contacts properly fitted for me. They, she and ****** specifically told me these contacts were deemed medically necessary so my insurance company would cover them because I went out of network.Anyway the lies began! I am not accustomed to people lying to me Beni can smell BS.I KNOW that I was a victim of extortion and I have the paperwork to prove. DO NOT EVER GO to these doctors, dont waste your time.The front desk employees are nasty and unprofessional. I have NEVER BEEN treated so rudely. After reading all of the other comments I see Im not the only one to be misinformed, mistreated, and blatantly disrespected.STAY AWAY!I guess due to COVID every business is out to deceive you! ,

  Ceenta is a joke of a practice! They are the epitome of assembly line medicine that is ruining the health of this country. The doctor I saw seemed completely disinterested in talking about the reason I came to see him. He ordered an MRI and MRA for me and never contacted me with the results. The nurse was very rude to me for requesting my results and next steps. They sent me a **** and their system allowed me to set up a payment plan only to be told by their billing department that they don't do payment plans and that I had 90 days to pay the full balance before being sent to collections. MRI's are very quite expensive and the fact they won't work with you at all even if you want to set up a payment plan is absolutely ridiculous. They are a prime example of why medicine in this country is such a joke when compared to other developed nations. It seems to me that all they really care about is profit.
