5 starsFantastic customer service and professionalism. We called because we had two outlets go out in our master bathroom. After messing around with the breakers and GFIs, we decided to call Mr *********************** They came out the next day - ***** called ahead and immediately got to work. He found a major issue with the breaker panel that if left unchecked, would have caused a fire (I say would and not could as there was already evidence of burned areas around the wiring and surrounding frame). It was already afternoon, but ***** called two associates and got to work replacing our entire breaker panel. They worked until after midnight to get the job done, saying they were not leaving until we had safe power restored. The pricing was reasonable but the customer service was beyond expectations. Well worth the price.Cant recommend Mr ********************** enough.Mister Sparky by Wise Electric Control, Inc.

3 starsI contacted Mister Sparky to obtain an electrical contractor to inspect the electrical meter that had been damaged in the storm. The meter had been reattached and required an inspection by the county in order for ********** to turn on the power. Not understanding how this worked, my son and I tried to obtain the permit ourselves from the county and was told that it had to be obtained by a licensed electrician. We were told that the permit was $60.00 and the inspection was $45.00. We had contacted Mr. ********************** before and we were told that a service call would be $129.00. I made an appointment and called and cancelled it. My sister called back to make an appointment and was told that an emergency appointment was over $300.00 so we did not make an appointment. Then I got a call from Mr. ********************** and was told that they would come out at no charge so we allowed them to come out. We were quoted $1,992.00 for the job. I did not see the invoice until after the fact and did not realize that it showed a fee of $679 for the permit. I would have questioned it on the spot. I turned the bill into the insurance company for reimbursement and they questioned the fee of $679.00 for the permit. The insurance company requested that Mr. ********************** send them a copy of what they paid for the permit and as of today November 14, they have not yet provided that receipt which is holding up my claim. They refuse to provide a copy of the receipt to my insurance company which leads me to believe that they are trying to hide something. I have a bid from another company for the same job that is $679.00 cheaper. I believe that Mr. ********************** overcharged me. The electrician appeared to do a thorough job. He did drill a hole in my roof which I questioned if that would cause a leak later. I think that Mister Sparky is grossly overcharging for the work they do. We have thousands of happy customers and do great work at fair pricing. Not sure what your insurance told you but maybe you need better insurance. Have a great day.
