I currently bought a Lawnie Pass from Live Nation. Since I have been a lawn pass subscriber for over 5 years, it came as a great surprise to me that personal chairs are no longer allowed. I contacted PNC, a Live Nation venue, and **************, the Guest Experience Manager emailed me the following: "I looked around on the website and could not find anything on the no chair policy on the Lawnie Pass website so that is definitely something that will be brought up. However, this new chair policy is something out of the venue's control and was a decision made by Live Nation that we have to follow. Every Live Nation outdoor venue has the same policy around the country so please know that this is not something the venue has decided to change on our behalf and was a corporate decision." Unfortunately, at this current time, nothing was rectified. And, it appears that PNC and Live Nation owns PNC and other venues, so they are essentially the same company with Live Nation being the corporate owners. Additionally, before January, the website at first announced the lawn chairs would be $5 (which has now been changed). So, it was a huge shock when I attended the concert last Thursday, 6/14 and was told the price for the chair was $20. I have a friend that attends with me, so the total fee is $40. As a recent retiree on a fixed income, that is still a steep price that I deem unfair and even feel that PNC is gouging customers since they pretty much doubled the cost from last year. If I go to more than 10 concerts (over $400), I'd be paying almost twice what I paid for the lawn pass ($240).Business Response

The lawn chair policy for the PNC Music Pavilion was updated in advance of the **************************************** mind. Prohibiting outside lawn chairs limits the ability for prohibited items to be concealed within them, which would be discovered during the entry security search process. This also allows for a more efficient entry process for guests as they enter our facility and move through our security checkpoint and ticketing checkpoint. PNC Music Pavilion provides a lawn chair rental option in advance (via online) and on the day of the concert for guests who would like to rent a lawn chair for the concert they are attending, while supplies last. The lawn chair policy information was provided to our guests in the following ways: 1, Announced on all venue social media platforms following the 2023 season. 2. Noted in the More Info messaging when purchasing a ticket from LN.com. 3. Within the Plan Your Visit information located on the venue website . 4.included in messaging via ticket buyer emails. 5. Via our social media platforms. 6. Via signage within the parking lots, to assist in informing guests about the lawn chair policy. 7. For select concerts, the Lawn Chair Policy is listed within the automated phone messaging, that is sent out to Live Nation ticket buyers (3) days and (1) day in advance of the concert they are attending. For each concert, Guest Ambassadors are deployed to assist in relaying this information. The policy information is available on the Lawn Pass website, within the *** info., here: ****************************************************, this information was available at the time of the Lawnie Pass sale. A bundle option was also provided upon the original on-sale of the Lawnie Pass, which, for a limited quantity of lawn chairs, allowed a guest to bundle a lawn chair for a bundled price. A voicemail was left for this guests on 6.19.24 for additional follow up with regard to this guests concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:Really!? When lawn pass customers have been allowed to bring personal chairs into the venue into the concerts for the past several years, instead of putting it in bold or red letters, you post it in the *** section? Thats ridiculous! On a normal basis, nobody would think to look there! Also, one should not expect to look for this information on social media or any other platform.
Sincerely,
***********************

This is in regards to the Walk Off the *************************************** concert at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre in Charlotte, ** on August 7th. We paid $216.54 to Live Nation for two tickets and we are requesting a FULL refund for our inconvenience of not seeing Walk Off the Earth (W.O.T.E) perform. We are huge fans of W.O.T.E, the opening act, and specially purchased tickets to see them perform. We have been fans for years and have seen them in concert previously. We did not specifically purchase tickets to see *******************************, the main act, her act was an added bonus to us. Due to weather the concert was delayed and the venue was not allowing anyone in. We understood this, and watched social media for updates. Once we received an update that the doors were opened (about an hour later), we made our way in line, however W.O.T.E started to play before we could even get into the concert. It took us about 45 minutes to get into the concert and by the time we arrived - they were playing their last song. We paid a lot of money to see W.O.T.E (pavilion seats) and yet were only able to see them perform one song. I called Live Nation the following day and was told ******* who handles this was not in the office and she would call me back the next day. I received no call. I called and left another message a few days later and she called me back. Her excuse was Live Nation was not responsible for W.O.T.E playing earlier. I highly doubt this, and if so, then who is responsible? I'm pretty sure the band wants to play for a full crowd, not a crowd waiting in line. Live Nation should have canceled the concert if there was not enough time for W.O.T.E to play. BOTTOM LINE: MY HUSBAND AND I PAID LIVE NATION TO SEE A CONCERT WALK OFF THE ****** AND WE SAW ONLY ONE SONG PERFORMED AND IT WAS OF NO FAULT OF OURS, THEREFORE WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE PAID FOR AND WE WANT A FULL REFUND. This is just another example of a big corporation putting profit over people.Business Response

This guest has been called and a complementary ticket offer has been offered in leu of a refund for her experience, as the delay for the concert was created by a lighting warning with severe weather in the area. We will coordinate this directly with the guest in the coming days.Customer Answer

My daughter and I attended the *********************** tour featuring ******, *************** and SWV July 28, 2023. When I purchased our tickets the website stated that the show will go on rain or shine. My daughter and I got there at 5:30 in order for a timely entry and to attend the concert on time. I only bought the concert tickets to see *************** perform. We were told around 6:30 that they were delaying entry to the facility due to the weather. When we looked on the weather app, there were no storms being reported in our area and of course no storm came. They open the doors around 7:00 - 715. However, the show started at 7:30. When we first got there, it was very organized. There were lines, going to each specific metal detector and gate and once they open the doors, the lines behind us ran up and formed one big crowd, and everyone began cutting, pushing and shoving, and there was no more organization. None of the workers assisted with getting the crowd in order, and what should have took us 30 minutes for my daughter and I to get in from where we were standing, took us an 1:45 minutes to get into the concert, and *************** had already performed half of their set. It was not fair that the people who got there two hours early, lost their spots and their timely access to the gate because the people behind us chose to run up to the front and cut everybody, creating one huge crowd. There were workers walking around and none of them tried to assist with any type of organization. To me, this was a waste of my time and money. This was a terrible first experience for my daughter at a concert, and this was our first time at the *** pavilion and I must say I will never go back to another *** pavilion event after this experience.Business Response

I purchased two ***** tickets for entry into the lounge deck 4 for a concert I added this evening. The ticket price included a food buffet and non alcoholic drinks. When we got to the lounge, there was no food at all And no drinks. I asked several employees about it and I showed them my tickets and no one had a clue about the buffet. I manage to find a manager and showed him. He informed me this lounge was controlled by Budweiser and he couldnt help me, even though this was purchased directly on the Live Nation website with the concert tickets. I also have a video of the area showing there was no food or drinks available. Because of this , we had to purchase food out of pocket.Business Response

We have made contact with ******** and confirmed a $100.00 refund for her purchase. This refund was processed on 5.14.23 per our records. We advised ******** to check her banking information and will be sure to stay in contact with her to ensure the refund is confirmed to her satisfaction. This concern was created as the ticket offering was briefly made available online before being corrected. It appears ******** made this purchase in the short window it was available before being corrected.
