If you value your time and money- run away. I will only give a few moments of my time for this review as this company has blood-sucked enough of that already. I already know there is going to be an upbeat! response to this review rationalizing, explaining-away, minimizing, legitimizing their stance as a company in response to my review: pay no heed. With this company, you are not. going. to. win. Reasons for offering up my time as a warning to others is due to this company: providing HORRIBLE customer service (there is NO PHONE NUMBER that you can reach someone!), having convoluted payment processes, providing cheap products and having a limp, wildly narrow, non-customer centric return policy. We do, however, take responsibility for any errors on our side or errors made by our carriers in the form of a refund or a free reshipment.We stand by our product quality as we do various tests, constantly update our catalog, and check all problem reports and reviews. Our goal is to offer the best we can, along with our unique design maker which does affect the pricing of our products compared to other providers but it also provides more artistic freedom.While we don't have phone support, we have live chat and 24/7 email support. This communication way is very handy when we need to send photos or screenshots, links, or any necessary information for you to be able to create your business the way you want it to be.When it comes to payments, we have a bit of a different approach to protect yourself and us in case something goes wrong. We charge you as the account owner, we don't receive any payments from your customers. It can be a bit difficult to get started but once the orders roll in, there shouldn't be any issues. This also helps you as the store owner to keep an eye on the process to ensure that there are no problems and you can stop fraudulent activities right away.Please know that it was never our intention to upset you and we truly hope you can find a business partner that works better for you.Review fromSam B

Printful is the absolute biggest waste of time and money! The quality control is non-existent. I got dozens of different samples made up to see how they were and 80% of them were unsellable. With this company you will have nothing but headaches with unhappy customers and returns! Dont let them ruin your brandPrintful

Current perspective : If you want to be burned go with these guys from 'Char Lotte'...LeadIn: I had looked around for customizable clothing sites which were integrated with my ThirtyBees/'PrestaShop 1.6' compatible web site (made by the original developers of PrestaShop), and found these guys... Apparently I was lucky enough to find one of the few competent cru working there, who figured out why their site had initial errors in communicating with my store, and I had set up several products for potential sales, and had even ordered some 'test products' (despite their costs being _significantly_ higher than obtainable elsewhere), whose printed designs started disintegrating after ~a handful of washings. As a developer of over 35 years, with decades in the printing industry, I'd say that uploading artwork and setting up stores is ****** taxing in general (and their support for industry standards such as '.eps' is abysmal : even failing if you convert it to pdf & then upload), plus they like to hold your artwork hostage (i.e. they want to charge you for converting your files to embroidery, but you don't get to keep the work product! questionable legality there too, IMO).Present: However, they suddenly decided they had to upgrade their 'plugin', which had been working fine, and although the new plugin seems to be nearly identical to the old one (and functions in my shop), it no longer connects to their servers, and they have refused &| were unable to fix it, could supply no intelligent rational basis for their upgrade or compatibility problems (instead repeatedly spouting ~BS), refused to have an engineer speak with me about it, and repeatedly requested free consulting instead.Printful

Concerns about print If the products are washed according to our care instructions, the print will last long. We use water-based ink that absorbs into the garment but we also welcome problem reports on this matter as our goal is to provide the best service possible.2. File types While we appreciate customers with know-how related to the industry, we do our best to be available for different users. After careful testing we have decided that specific file types work best with our systems and the processes we use. To ensure that there are no loading issues, no additional layers, we always recommend uploading PNG and JPEG files, these files are available to everyone and provide the best results in our experience.3.Embroidery When you send in your files, they get forwarded to our embroidery team for digitization. This is why there is a separate fee for these services. We don't accept embroidery files that have been digitized elsewhere because these files need to be adjusted to work with our embroidery machines and this is also the reason why we don't provide downloadable digitized files. 4. Plugin update We understand that this has been the biggest change and has affected you the most. We're sorry to hear that. Our teams are constantly working on upgrading our systems, making improvements that would be beneficial for all our users, this can mean that some changes can affect the existing workflow. While we don't provide direct contact to our technical team, all your concerns are forwarded directly to them and even if the answers provided by the team are final, the information is jotted down and reviewed later when we are ready to make different improvements.We sincerely appreciate you coming forward with these points as we are constantly working on ways to make our services more available and easier to use. My "review" is my last email exchange with Printful. Good product, horrible customer service. (Oct. 12, **********, Thank you for your email. Your lack of accountability, and complete absence of understanding your customers experience is horrific. At no point did you acknowledge that your instructions are unclear, or did you listen to us. (Your customer support emails dont maintain a thread of emails, which is not efficient when trying to communicate an issue.)You did not provide proof that we didnt follow the instructions, in fact what we got back from you was this (a seemingly all-over print tote proof): (IMAGE HERE of what they sent us)And the most egregious offense on your part, is the fact that you are selling an all-over print tote, but took no accountability to contact us and say hey, you may not know that your image doesnt extend far enough, please update your graphic, before we print. Your instructions are not clear.Unfortunately, we wont be able to order with you again, which is why we contacted you about this first order. I will be your 41st complaint to the Better Business Bureau.We will be finding another vendor. I know we are just a small client to you, but nonetheless, this was an important project for us. We are known for our great client service; you did not provide that to us unfortunately. On our end we don't double-check your designs or placements as we expect print-ready files from all our users. We also encourage our customers to use the sample order option to get the desired product with a discount just to see how your design looks on our product in case there are some changes that need to be made. As noted on our website, mockup images are computer-generated and are by no means 100% accurate representations of the final product which is why we recommend these sample orders.Please know that it was never our intention to inconvenience you and we do stand behind our products and take responsibility in situations when there is an error on our part but here the design wasn't placed across the whole print area so the outcome would also be lacking.Review fromSean D

This is absolutely ridiculous. Please DO NOT use there service. I've been bated and switched. And I have receipts. Printiful priced my garments pretty reasonable, when I started designing my website. Then they've tripled there cost afterwards. Again I have receipts. I wrote down all the original cost and item numbers with the cost the mockup generator posted. I wrote my retail price next to it. If there is a way to contact me, I'll show you exactly what they've done. And I haven't even started selling anything. This is how Printiful operates. SMH.Printful

The customer service piece of this company *****. When trying to add the consumer into the email so they could explain what happened with the product. The company keeps taking the consumer out of the email. And then asking me if the customer washed the product properly.. or what the customer did i have no idea since i am not the customer. They keep removing the customer from the emails so theres this massive back and forth which is an inefficient workflow for the person (me) making the company money. Ive made thousands of dollars in sales with them and they refuse to help out with customers and myself attached in emails together to get mor accurate answers heres an example of an email, Kindly note that as a white-label company, we have no direct contact with your end customers so I went ahead and removed your end customer from this email thread. Regarding the order and the print coming off, we do recommend following our care instructions thoroughly in order to prevent any kind of damage be made to the garments or the print. Do you by any chance know if the hoodie was washed according to these instructions?I HAVE NO IDEA! Thats why the customer was tagged in the email so there wouldnt be this massive back and forth. Its super annoying and Im going with another company. White-label is a poor excuse for making me (the customer and the seller) to have ridiculous amounts of email threads going back and forthPrintful

I must express my deep disappointment with the service I received from Printful. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it with others to prevent them from falling victim to the same ordeal.We placed an order for custom shirts with our business logo, and unfortunately, the logo turned out to be too small on the shirts. This was a crucial aspect for our startup, and we reached out to Printful in the hope of finding a solution to this problem.To our dismay, Printful's customer service was shockingly unprofessional. They not only failed to replace the shirts with the correct logo size but also refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. Their indifference to our predicament was astounding.Instead of addressing the issue promptly and professionally, Printful gave us the runaround, making it clear that they have no regard for their customers. This lack of accountability and customer care is inexcusable, especially for a business that claims to provide custom printing services.In a nutshell, our experience with Printful was nothing short of a financial setback for our first-time business startup. They not only failed to deliver on their promise but also left us feeling robbed and utterly frustrated.I strongly urge anyone considering Printful's services to think twice. Based on our ordeal, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Printful to anyone. I had the most unacceptable experience with the Printful business. I placed an order for shirts that followed a template I had made and I used the same template for all shirts in different sizes and colors. To my dismay, when I received my order, all the logos had been different -some were tilted, some were cut off, and some were different sizes! I contacted them for a refund and all they said was it was my own doing, nothing more. To add to my frustration, each reply I made in regards to the matter went to a different customer service rep, so I was unable to get in contact with a manager. There also is no number to contact online a form to fill out, so they can email you. Absolutely appalling customer service and a waste of my time and money.Printful

We spent almost $500 on clothing for our business, the shirts that they sent ** had logos that were cut off, some that were correct, others that were in weird places and cut off. And they were all supposed to be the same. They dont have any customer service phone number, and they wont refund our money, even if we ship the shirts back. Very unhelpful, and very disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs! They should be shut down. Read everybody elses reviews too, its obvious they are a poorly run company.Printful
