      Terrible. I had a technical issue that was never resolved. I had to go to Reddit where a rep advised me "I'll check this out and get back to you!" Never happened. This issue is not new- it's something regarding integration with **** which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Wrote them detailed email after a year of the same issue. Told them exactly what steps I had taken, and they merely regurgitated the first thing I had already tried, even a video for newbies on "how to open an **** store". Gosh, gee! No live chat, no real tech support at all. Lots of people leaving Printful and good riddance. You think you are the only game in town? Printify has only messed up one out if 260 orders. That's it. Do. Not. Use. Printful. And do not even come here w a rep saying "sorry you had this experience!" With another copy-paste reply. I've told everyone I know to switch. You guys should invest in tech support, not spend time haunting social media and review sites mopping up your rep.

Please know that we are truly sorry for the experience you had but we also want to note that each integration is unique and while we do our best to provide the necessary videos, and contact our developer team, we do not have a specific support tech team that deals only with integrations. Our goal is to provide the best possible products to you and your customers and we trust that you find the best platform where you can sell your products.After checking your communication with our support team, as well as your account, we see that in February you had two successfully fulfilled orders and there are no errors in your store at the moment. However, if you still receive errors now when you try to add a product or orders are not importing, please contact us directly at ********************************* and we will see what else we can suggest.       They charge $25/month to store branding materials and then go ahead and use other warehouses to fulfill orders. I was told to send it to this one and then they changed who was shipping. Their solution? I should send MORE branding materials to OTHER warehouses... so they want me to pay hundreds of dollars per month to MAYBE use *********** materials. Ok so I ask for the stuff back because this is such a scam and guess how much they want to charge me to send them back? $35! I'm talking some stickers and business cards, very lightweight and small. Cost less than $10 to ship it to them but they want to scam me out of MORE money. Definitely reevaluating who I use for drop shipping needs because this company DOES NOT care about their customers, only money.

While we understand your concern, please know that we can add packing inserts to orders if fulfillment happens in the location where they're stored. The fulfillment facility is chosen depending on various factors in the fulfillment process. It depends on the product availability (are they in stock in the particular facility), the print (do we offer this printing technique in that facility), how close the destination address is, and the fulfillment center's capacity. To maximize the usage of the packing inserts they would need to be shipped to as many locations as possible. To confirm, the shipping fee for returning your pack-ins is calculated taking into consideration various factors including the real-time shipping fees of our partner carriers.Our warehouse team is already in communication with you and hopefully, we can find a solution for your situation.       This company is AWFUL. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! The customer support is extremely corrupt. I ordered 5 hats at the steep cost of $127. They all came HUGE, 4 full inches bigger than the maximum circumference listed on the product dimensions. I sent this to customer service WITH PHOTOS measuring with a soft measuring tape. The service team first told me that I was not measuring right (which is false), then someone else replied saying that I did measure correctly and they could refund me, THEN the same person said actually can you provide photos of all 5 hats ?!?! Which is a ridiculous request. Theyre all the same. Then someone else replies and says that items can be returned only when issues are clearly visible. HOW IS A REAL MEASURMENT NOT CLEAR?!? Its obvious that theyre just running in circles with me trying to avoid a refund, so I will be reporting them on every platform possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINTFUL!

This information is forwarded to our fulfillment team and then to our suppliers in order to correct the issue in the future.Based on the communication with our support team, a refund was provided for the one hat that had a photo submitted. It's never our goal to inconvenience our customers but we ask for photos or videos from all users in all cases where there is an issue with the received product.Please respond to our latest email with additional photos of the other 4 hats so we can proceed in solving this situation.       The first issue is the inferior quality of items and printing. We used and ordered a wide range of shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, water bottles, phone cases, jackets, and dozens of more items over the last 9 months. The product quality and printing were always inferior - faded and blurred even though their system assured the print quality and files were good.The worst part has been dealing with them when multiple packages placed by various customers fail to arrive. They do nothing to track or notify of these events and then absolutely refuse to assist in any way to help resolve the issue. They refer you to a website that is in Chinese and proceeds to tell you that you're on your own from there since they have it marked that they sent it out.After several customer complaints, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the same issue keeps reoccurring, and they refuse to help or support us. It has been one problem after another, and they refuse to take any accountability for assisting the customer using their platform. In addition to these major issues, they have a bunch of hidden fees and price increases that they do not inform you of so we were actually losing money on many items even AFTER we marker them up 5-10%!Again, we wanted and tried to make this service work and gave them more than enough chances to help us stay a customer. If SERVICE and quality are essential to you and your customers, you should avoid using Printful by all means necessary.

However, as noted on our website, the mockups you see are computer generated and are not a 100% accurate representation of the final products since there are various factors that need to be taken into consideration. We always recommend ordering sample orders with a discount to see the product quality as well as the chosen design in your hands.Regarding the delivery process, we trust our carriers but we also take responsibility for shipping errors. We provide all orders with a tracking link but it is up to the recipient o keep a track of the order to ensure safe delivery. In most cases our carriers hand over the packages to local carriers for last-mile delivery, so we urge recipients to get in touch with their local post office to learn more about the delivery - are there any customs fees, is all the information correct, perhaps the package was placed somewhere else for safety reasons.Please know that it is never our intention to inconvenience our customers and we look through each case as diligently as possible all within our policy. We always recommend checking in with our support team about each order to provide the most accurate information possible.

      Horrible, horrible, horrible quality of all goods. The way they package their goods is in a way so that they are damaged by the time they get to you 90% of the time. They charge SO much money and leave you with printful "credit" so that they retain their money and you get stuck with shoddy work time after time. Their customer service solution is to either refund you with printful credits or try to re-print and re-send you the merch. Fingers crossed for you that you even get your merch in tact. I have had TWO orders sent to me packaged so poorly that I've decided I'm never doing business with them again. Take your money, artist, and go to a reputable mom and pop printer you can build a nice relationship with. Printful is NOT WORTH IT and such a headache.

You can choose to use that money from the wallet directly to pay for orders but you can also withdraw those funds to your payment method.Indeed, we take responsibility for any manufacturing or shipping errors and we gladly refund you your money back (that you can withdraw) or reship the product again completely for free and we don't ask for the damaged product to be returned. We're sorry to hear that the two orders you received got damaged in transit, please know that these things can happen as carriers deliver a lot of differently sized packages. We do our best to be environmentally friendly, so we try to package our orders in a simple way but compared to how many orders we ship out, only a little fraction has any issues and as mentioned, we take full responsibility.
