    I called ******'s for a broken spring after seeing some good reviews for them. They arrived promptly at the stated time and got my door working again. My door then developed a cracked in the metal which required replacement. New door was of better quality then the original and insulated to help reduce heat build up. Quotes are accurate and fair - entire staff are super friendly and personable - highly recommend them to anyone needing service.

    This was my second time using ****** and just as the first, he did an extremely great job. ****** came out the same day for both services. He is very personable, knowledgeable and not to mention provides fair pricing. I highly recommend ******!

    My garage door would open when I pressed the button but would not close when I pressed it. ****** said he would come out and service my door. He was prompt and took pride in his job. If you want someone who cares about their customer, take pride in what they do, and is honest. Give Smittys a call. I will refer my friends and family!**********

    Absolutely stellar service from Smitty and his crew. ****** himself was incredibly professional and knowledgeable! He quickly figured out what was wrong and offered a range of solutions.     ********** on 2/29/2024 It is so wonderful to see a business that still strives to do great work and who believes in excellent customer **********************. When I recently had work done on my garage doors, I had some additional questions after. I emailed Smittys SoLow Garage Door service a week or so later around 7:30 PM. Even after hours, the owner, ******, *called* me within 5 minutes. He arranged to come out the next day. **************** is very knowledgeable, patient, personable and professional. Not only did he address the questions I had, he caught and mitigated another small issue that could have turned into a problem later. He also was able to address a new, unplanned request on the spot without having to schedule a return visit. **************** will give you an honest, clearly explained evaluation. His prices are fair and reasonable, with no hard selling. I will use this business in the future and recommend them to others.
