5 starsThis is a good company to work with, I have found out. My technician, *****, came to do a yearly Maintance Check-up and I found him to be thorough and easy to get along with. He answered all my questions. He told me what he was going to do beforehand and went about doing it. He worked the entire time he was here, with no small talk or trying to get me to purchase something I did not need. He was very efficient, not only with his time, but with mine as well.Review fromKelli S

1 starOur doorbell transformer was bad and Acosta Hearing and cooling came out to quote. They quoted me over $780 for fix this and its a $25 part. I turned down the service and had to pay $65 trip fee. They told me it was this high because of the labor required to replace the transformer.I had a different electrician come out and they fixed it in a half hour and only charged $128. 5 starsHe provided an excellent and thorough service by himself. In retrospect I think the amount and difficulty of the job required two people. However he never complained but worked in a very hot attic keeping his sense of humor and was incredibly polite and respectful. Cleaned up and explained everything in detail. Acosta install our present two systems, far fewer issues than prior equipment, far better performance, better price, quieter, too. Outstanding A/C service people who explain, answer questions, etc. We have far more confidence in Acosta than in the very well know prior A/C vendor that we used before. Been in this house for 30 years, so comparison is Apples to Apples, and Acosta is far better, price of installation was far better, A/C techs are far better.Acosta Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Juan was excellent. He introduced himself and his helper. He first asked if I had any questions and then asked where the equipment was located. He was very polite and competent.
