    Very thorough and professional. Explained any questions we had and also explained some other additions to the system that might help with our particular needs.

    I was happy with the technician, friendly, polite, cleaned up when done, and shared results clearly! I was disappointed with the appointment process. The first appointment no one arrived. The second was scheduled for noon and he arrived at 2:45pm. However, I was glad he called to let me know he was late but was still coming over. System timing needs work!

    **** Acosta and Acosta Heating, Cooling and Electrical treated us like we were their most important customers! Every single person that we have come in contact with have been both professional and personable. They explained everything that they were doing and about every piece of equipment that they installed. We are very happy with our new system! I would recommend Acosta to anyone who needs HVAC or electrical work. Also, every employee that we talked to showed nothing but respect for ******************************* himself and they all had nothing but good things to say about the company.
