    Technician ***** was in time, performed the job in a very professional way.I have been with One Hour AC since 2014.******************************* is a very efficient Secretary always ready to help with all kind of help, suggestion and appointment schedule.I will ask if possible to stay in the care of Technician ***** for Summer and Winter *********

    One Hour responded quickly when our heat pump stopped working. They replaced the capacitor and made sure the unit was working before leaving.As always One Hour and Gabe do a great job.

    **** was awesome! He arrived on time and was super respectful. **** explained to my husband the issue and what needed to be done. Weve been with One Hour Heating and Air for over 10 yrs. Very happy with them.

Their technicians are *******************, knowledgible and friendly.My recent AC cleaning was yet another great experience. the Technician took the time to do the job right. He pointed out some improvement options, without the high pressure tactics used by other companies.
