  ******* ***** arrived during the dinner hour on the same day that we had complained of no A/C following "annual maintenance" from the technician at 10:30AM. He immediately addressed the issue and identified that the second pipe for drainage was clogged which tripped the safety device to turn off the A/C. The indoor temperatures had reached 80 degrees by the time that he'd arrived. He was professional in resolving the issue and we hope that his outstanding service is recognized by his employer.

  The service *** was on time with us and covered everything we needed and found two to three items that needed fixed that we and two other companies did not find and one turned out to be urgent. Their professionalism and attention to detail sold us on the spot. Terms were more than fair and they earned our business and trust right on the spot.

  We have been with Parks since we purchased our home in 2006, when they handled the original installation for our builder. In 2016, we chose Parks again to replace both of our gas furnaces and air conditioning units, opting for high-end models with variable speed blower motors. The higher efficiency units made a huge improvement of our indoor comfort. We have relied on Parks for our annual maintenance, and we have always been pleased with the expertise and professionalism of their technicians. Most recently, in April 2025, we needed a repair on our outside condenser, and ****** ***** did an outstanding jobhe was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. The entire Parks team is a pleasure to work with, and we truly appreciate their consistent, high-quality service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable **********

  Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical overcharges and performs poor service. On the morning of 3/20/25, Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical sent a technician to my home to check a leak under a bathroom sink. The technician quoted $750 to fix a p-trap and a section behind the p-trap. When I was uninterested, the technician began to lower the price to $550, then to $450 and then to $385. I agreed to let him have the job but told him to check the leak and make sure he can fix it. Within an hour, he told me he was done but when I turned on the faucet, there was still water leaking. At this point, the technician told me it would cost another $930 to fix that additional section. That afternoon, I spoke to the manager about the poor service and he offered to send the technician back to fix the additional section for total price of $930 (including the $385 already paid to them). I declined. On 3/23/25, I had another Plumbing Company fix the leak and the new plumber noticed that Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical technician had done some poor quality repairing, using the wrong joint and glueing certain parts when he should not have. The new plumber was able to fix the leak on the additional section and he had to redo some parts of what Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical technician had done. The repair came to $450.

  Last night I thought I was in serious problems with my hot water tank started leaking. But today my hero arrived, it was ***** *. From arriving around 11 am to give me an estimate, to my yes let do it, ***** was definitely the two I needed, constantly working, kind and polite. About 3 plus hours I had an new, updated water heater installed. Second best, the price, the warranty and the quality of workmanship made the smile came to my face. Parks Heating. **************** has my business. I can it will be done right the first time. Thanks again ***** *.

  Scammed my elderly parents into a complete HVAC replacement. The company made cold calls to my parents and they agreed to a maintenance visit in which they were told they needed a complete replacement. They had the old unit ripped out in less than 24 hoursbefore we could get involved. Due to their sales tactics preying on my elderly parents, they did agree to a deeply discounted price for the replacement. Now it is time to change out the air filters and they didnt even bother to install those at the time of the replacement OR ON ANY OF THEIR ************ VISITS.

  Been doing business with them since 2008. They have always been fair and honest. At one point, tried to go a cheaper route, but it ended up costing me more than I saved. So I stick with them to get it done right.
