    Per the response from Cedarwood Home Inspections if not true period. He was to inspect my home from 8:00am until 12:00noon on February 27, 2024. Not long after he arrived at 8:00am he said he had to leave as he had forgotten something he needed. So much for being prepared. He was gone over 45 minutes. I contacted the ************** Inspection Board and was told that any inspector does not HAVE to test the water but can if they want to. When ******* said it was because the water flow was slow it prolonged the time. NOT true, when the perspective buyer and his realtor showed up at my house, they were outside having a long conversation with the inspector for about 30 minutes. So for a total of 65 minutes this is the reason I complained about all the wasted time. If ******* had had all his equipment and the perspective buyer and his realtor hadn't showed up, he could have finished his inspection on time. ******* said my bladder tank failed is NOT true as my water is still running but leaking some. I do not know if ******* is still on law enforcement reserve or not but to put on his business card Law ************************* is deceiving as it makes him look beyond reproach.
