      Do not go here for emergencies. They never have a doctor on call and nurses are too afraid to make calls. Youll wait 12 hours to have something done in checked in 20 minutes. The staff is rude and blame people for not working. But theyre just avoiding putting people in rooms because theres no doctor on shift. Theyll make you wait till morning to get seen by a day shift doctor. They say they need to free up a room but theyre only putting people in the hallway triage. They give bogus complaint line phone numbers and dont take patients serious. Staff was unsure of how to handle simple cuts. Stay away if you need urgent help. Go to novant. Youll have the worst experience here and they dont take pain seriously.

      Been waiting 4 hours to see a doctor . Too bad if it is truly an emergency. Worst place I have ever been too. Want come here again
