      if i could leave 0 stars i would. I have been here 2 weeks and was hoping to stay 6 months while im out here on a big construction job and i have been having issues sleeping because the guy roomed next door to me enjoys screaming at 4:45am and does so every 5 min and was doing this for about 4 days. I have complained and spoke to *** and was told if it happens again they would kick him out. the noise stopped for 3 days and then it happened again, i called in and they said they would discuss this with ***, and they did nothing. I am writing this review at 12:56am because the jackasz next door decided to start his screaming at 12:15am and *** isnt doing anything so this is my last option before i just stop reserving rooms and look elsewhere.

      They don't even deserve a star. We had to sleep in our cars with our children because of the unprofessional behavior of the General Manger this place needs to be reviewed and investigated the this alot of abuse of power and fraud going on in this establishment.

      I will never ever stay at one of your establishments in my life. How we were treated like we had no value all because of someone personal problems that is not acceptable at all. So much more needs to be done we have an autistic child and we told them that and ***** cared. Or helped us get any help or accommodations everything was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. Noone should be treated that way at all she might need to be evaluated mentally.

      We stayed at the Extended Stay in ***********- they should be required to post that most of the rooms are used as long term housing . Although there is not supposed to be any smoking allowed people live here and so if they are smokers they smoke in their rooms. There were roaches in our room and the smell of smoke coming in through the bathroom vent from the room next door. We reported this to the front desk and all they said was thanks for letting us know. At over $150/night one would expect so much more!

      Had family coming from out of state for the weekend. They booked two rooms. Neither of them were good, but one was so bad I had them come stay with us instead. No pillowcases, no toilet paper, and only one bed had sheets- but the sheets were covered in pee. Upon bringing this up to the staff, we were blamed for not inspecting the room at check in. They also threatened to not refund the room because the man didn't like the "look" on my 19 year old nieces face. Do not recommend. You're better off sleeping in your car.

      Had you actually read my review, you wouldve realized that I LIVE in the area. I wouldnt even recommend this hotel to a homeless person.

      I was not aware that this hotel condoned their employees to treat law obiending paying current guest to be cussed out and called names. nobody has tried to reach out to me and the young lady is still at work at front desk this morning WOW!

      I have been traveling and staying with Priceline recommended hotels for the last 3 years and they have all been above my expectations until today. This hotel accommodation was so poor that it was DISRESPECTFUL. When I arrived at the room there were NO SUPPLIES....not even toilet paper! It looks like no one has cleaned for at least a week maybe a month.; and I can't even think about how long it has been since the floors were cleaned I had to use an extra sheet to cover the bathroom floor because it was so gross and sticky. When I arrived the bed was stripped. There were no bedding supplies except for sheets - which I had to go with the manager to get -and then I made my own bed. I had to replace light bulbs. There were very few items available even in the supply room. There were no blankets available at all. This room was so disgusting that I actually had to leave and go for a drive until I was so tired from traveling that I was able to finally sleep at 11 pm.When I asked if the maid was absolutely going to come in the morning to get the room DETAILED I was told by the very frustrated Night Manager that I would have to "try to catch somebody who was cleaning and let them know." I traveled from the top of ******* to this hotel in a ************ location; so this was quite the Rude Awakening. I am VERY displeased that I even had to give this hotel one star because it is not at all deserved.I am copying this review and sending it to the Better Business Bureau.Val ?? ****** Sheridan *******

      I was charged for 2 nights stay via priceline. When I got there, was told I could not have the room and my reservation cancelled ,and I was told would have money refunded in 3-5 days. This was because my husband's wallet disappeared during the year he was in & out of ******************* I only had photo in my phone. So I told the desk clerk I would stay and he'd come back in am after we got him a newicense. She told me no, she'd already cancelled the room and refunded money. No refund ever given. I was charged $********** night I'd also booked, then rebooted. They told me I could not check in for the room that night no matter what. They'd made reservation for different location. But clerk said she'd changed it to the desired location. I was charged $85.54. I was told I couodvnot be given a room until I paid again. This is the third room charge for 1 night. So this ****** I had to pay $112.98. I was told the $85.54 would be refunded and it was not.I've written about 15 messages, called multiple times, now been in hospital 4 days due to heart problem so I couldn't complain for those days.I've been promised refunds by desk people. I was told by customer service *** that it would be reviewed this past Monday, by manager, and nothing given . But then what's to be expected of a hotel who doesn't supply ice or even shampoo.. I've paid almost $300 for 1 night stay. Nobody will give you their name when you call. I don't think even cheap businesses have the right to keep your money when they cancel your reservation because they don't want to be bothered checking you in That's theft in my book

      My experience with the property on I-************** has been decent. The property specifically the rooms could use an upgrade but they are still decent. The new property manager and his team has really worked hard to improve the property and living conditions a lot. I will be honest Im not too thrilled about all of the extra fees (or increases) thats added to your stay but like everything else the cost has just increased everywhere. The staff has always been helpful to me. I dont staying at an Extended Stay in the future.

      Gave me the run around. Told me I was fine going a month without pay. Then trying to harass me over promises they didnt keep. People yelling in the halls, rooms are dirty when first walk in. Cockroachs are crawling everywhere, including the counters.

      I had an unfortunate situation and was forced to stay at The Extended Stay America Premier in *************, **. It has been an awesome experience. Staff is amazing! Very accommodating and kind. I enjoy fresh coffee and a continental breakfast every morning. Clean and spacious room and I am able to do my laundry on premises.
