The Manager *************************** and her front desk has the worst customer service and attitudes for a business that infested with ROACHES AND MOLD! The breakfast area covered in dust and dry wall. No operating phones in the rooms. No pots, pans, or dishes provided as advertised. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars! I was in the middle of planning a funeral when they came to my door **** AS HELL! Yes I was past check in and apologized as I was transferring money. ******** comes and say I need to be out the room in 5 minutes I shouldve done it earlier. As a grieving AUNT I LEFT THE ROOM to finish handling my important business. Go back to the desk to Re check in and the audacity of the other rude front desk lady to reassign me the SAME ROOM they wanted me out so bad WITHOUT ANY FORM OF CLEANING OR REFRESHMENT! No new towels no fresh linen or anything. Signs state front desk has quarters , YET THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING YOU NEED EVER! Furniture very raggedy and outdated! This place needs to be inspected by the health department and the owners need to come in and RE STAFF! ****************** an assistant manager is probably the ONLY civil employee this company has! I only accepted this room back as its THE ONLY ROOM I HAVENT BEEN MET BY ROACHES IN!!! The workers have the attitude problem then flip it onto the customers like their the problem by time it reaches corporate! I have never seen such a disgusting place that didnt at least offer apologetic customer service! The front desk is shut down at night while the employees SLEEP! They leave notes for you to call a number if you want help otherwise you wont be serviced meanwhile they advertise a 24hr desk! THE OWNERS REALL NEED TO COME IN AND EVALUATE THEIR BUSINESS AS IM SURE THEY ARENT AWARE ITS GOING TO THE DUMPS! I have never seen nothing like this in my life. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS FALSELY ADVERTISED! EVERYTHINGExtended Stay America

When reserving, I said my husband and I work different shifts. He's 3rd shift; I'm 1st. We have different sleep schedules. I asked for a bedroom with a door to separate the living and sleep areas so well both get adequate sleep. I was told they had one left available and I reserved it. We arrived around 4:15 PM. Our room was not ready. We were told to come back in an hour. We had dinner and came back, and the same gal looked like she hadn't seen us before. When I asked if the room was ready, she said she didn't know and for us to go up and check. We did, and with a cursory glance noticed fresh bedding on the beds. We brought everything in and got settled for the evening.There is no bedroom, by the way. All one **************. I talked to the front desk. The unemotional and non-smiling clerk said wed need separate rooms for that.The following morning, I started putting stuff away. Not really. This place had NOT been cleaned. All the cupboards were filthy with old grease and food spatter. The refrigerator was gross, and after asking for pans and dishes to ensure cleanliness, I found food on them.I spent the day cleaning and scrubbing the dishes, cupboards, fridge, and dresser inside and out, countertops, the ceiling fan that had an inch of clumped dust clinging to it, floors that turned a wet paper towel dark with dirt, windows with fingerprints and food spatter. And, under the beds had candy, food, trash, and a childs shoe. I asked to use a broom and dustpan and was told no, a manager had to be onsite and give approval. Whatever. Ill buy my own.The hallways, stairwells, and elevators have trash, dirt, or debris.I have never checked into a dirtier place. *** stayed at some one-star motels in my day, but they were at least clean. By the end of the evening, I was crabby, to say the least.We're here for an extended stay. This morning I decidedthis is my house for now. If its dirty, Im cleaning it. Because clearly no one else is going to.Extended Stay America

***** denied me my room that had already been extended than told me that I could not get my belongings she is very rude and unhelpful and doesn't seem to comprehend or understand her job !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEExtended Stay America

Is less than 1 star possible to give? Upon pulling into the parking lot there were several people outside the lobby doors smoking weed. We were double charged for our room. We paid on priceline and then were charged again at the hotel. We were in our room for 7 minutes and there was a heavy bed bug infestation. I could over look the drugs but the bug sealed the deal for me. Upon going to the front desk they looked t my pictures and said that is just dirt. Generally in my experience dirt doesn't have legs and move. We left and ate the cost of ****** that priceline charged us and the ***** that the hotel itself charged us. I have filed a dispute with both priceline and my credit card after the hotel refused to refund any of my money.Extended Stay America

Horrible hotel. They will steal your money. Will not return my $100 pet deposit . Absolutely no damages. I have called them 4 times. Its been over 2 weeks. !!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTELExtended Stay America

I HAD A COUPLE ISSUES WITH MY ROOM WITH THE WORSE BEING A TOILET THAT DIDN'T CLEAR THE ***** OUT. I HAD TO PLUNGED OUT THAT 3 TIMES IN ONE NIGHT AND ALSO NOTED THE ROOM WAS IN NEED OF MINOR REDOING. THE ROOM'S PAINT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP, THE **** PAPERED ( HAVING A MAJORITY IN SEVERAL ROOMS,) IN DIRE NEED OF BEING PATCHED OR REPLACED. THE FURNITURE LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN GNAW BY DOG IN SEVERAL ROOMS. BOTTOM LINE: THE ROOM NEEDED A COMPLETE REMODEL. SORRY, EXTENDED STAY, JUST TRYING TO BE TRUTHFUL WITH MY OBSERVATIONS.Extended Stay America

Whatever you do, do not stay here. I stayed in August. There was dried blood on the floor in both the bathroom and bed area. They had the wrong room for me because mine was given away even though I called ahead to confirm that day and I had to share a bed instead of us each having a place to sleep. We were exhausted and couldnt find another place to sleep for hours, but it was so bad that we found a place to stay and left within hours. Even though they promised to refund our credit card for the entire amount and I said keep a little for the couple hours, they charged us $1,044.31 for 10 days even though we were just there a few hours while we looked for another hotel. They told my credit card dispute that the services werent canceled, returned, or eligible for refund even though I was told I would not be charged and I didnt stay the 10 days they booked - I left within a few hours. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in during my 46 years of living. I worked in medical prior, so I told the other person let me clean it with gloves and cleaner so you dont get sick while you look for a hotel. I cleaned the blood on the first area I came to thinking maybe someone had accidentally cut themselves cleaning the room, but when it was on the shower curtain and other floors too - I decided no way.Extended Stay America
