I placed this order on February 14, 2025 and it's going on 4 months now and my sister has not received the order. The first time an order was placed with them it took 6 months to be delivered and now it is going on 4 months for this order and the company can't *** or inform when the order will be shipped out and to top it all off they charge $30 for shipping and don't try to compensate their customers whatsoever. They have admitted to not being able to meet the demand of the prisons yet they keep accepting orders and taking people's money not caring how long it takes to get these orders out. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. When you call they just give you the run around and they are not informative or helpful at all. Based on my experience and the other complaints on here , this is an ongoing problem that need to be addressed and resolved.Business Response

If this order has not been handed out to the inmate I would suggest speaking with the prison. I am rejecting this response because:Good morning,
I'm not satisfied with the out come of my complaint that I filed. My sister did finally receive her order but two items were missing from her order that was not refunded to me . One item were the pecans fir $7.99 and the other item was the wishbone Italian dressing for $4.99. The company took so long to ship the order then had the nerve to not ship all items in the order without refunding. I would like a refund and shipping fee refunded for compensation on this order.

The customers order was delivered successfully; the attached image showing proof of receipt.
The late time frame was due to an issue with the *** flagging double orders during the month of December as duplicates, which meant packages were not allowed to be released to the prisons.We have solved this issue after numerous correspondences with the *** head office and do apologize for the delay.

I ordered a package for my grandson. It was stated driver will be in. 8 weeks max. It's been almost 3 weeks longer. I was informed that it issue to a item limitation that the site allowed and provides to all the inmates. Which was kool aid. The other people whos family received this message have already received their packages. ***** ********** was the person who responded. The is no way it has been almost 3 weeks and my order has not been sent to my grandson. This is negligence, false advertisement, pain and suffering because I feel the package has not been delivered because I reached out about it multiple times. Packages sent to inmates in the Georgia Prison System have to be approved by the *********************************. It's going on their time frame. Kool aid and lemonade mixes now have maximum number we can send. The restriction has been in place for months. We had to cut down on kool aid to numerous inmates. We sent the package with the maximum amount of kool aid and sent the customer the tracking number on ******, 2025 by email and asked for a credit card number for a refund of what was not sent. Placed an order on March 20th and called to check the status of the shipment since I haven't received any e-mails since the day the order was placed. I have called numerous times, just trying to talk to someone being that all the mailboxes are full. Unfortunately, I have yet to speak to anyone, Since the order was placed, the inmate has been sent to another prison and I fear the order will be sent to the wrong prison now. Date of transaction was 11/24/2023 I placed an order for my niece who was sending food to her father who is an inmate the order amount was $130 the email stated as long as all info was accurate the package would ***********-8 weeks to ship/deliver I would receive an email with shipping details I havent received anything yet and the package has yet to be delivered I requested and update and was told via they thought I requested a refund so it hasnt been processed and they would ship ASAP . I spoke to the customer last week. My staff had origionally put in for a refund. I found out that the credit card company had declined the refund as the credit card was no longer valid. I got a new credit card number from the customer and processed the refund. The customer was happy I called her. You contacted us during the holy days of Passover when we were shut down for 5 out of the 8 days of the holy days.

I ordered a package of food from this site for my son in prison. The business is not communicating to my calls or emails. It's been over 9 weeks with no communication whatsoever. Family's of prisoners are already paying this business OVER 200% the price of the food items in any store. It's crazy the prices this business is allowed to charge US citizens. I ordered a food package on March 8, 2023 for my brother who is incarcerated. I have emailed and called numerous times. No one ever answers the phone and no one responds to emails. They give no updates on package status. AT ALL.Business Response

We have been working hard to keep up with all emails and calls that come in. We are currently working on hiring a full time person to answer phone calls, since they are coming in faster then we can answer them. We have stated on our website that it is a long wait period to get a package. We were actually just about to send out orders placed on the 8th of March. In addition to sending orders to inmates in GA, we also run a Kosher Grocery Store, and we just finished with our busiest time of year which lasts around a month. culminating with the holiday of Passover which is a 8 day holiday. We were also closed for a number of days due to said holiday. We state in Multiple places, both when they place their order and when they receive confirmation that they will receive an email when their order goes out, and they will also receive an email if their were any issues.Customer Answer

I placed an order, for their inmate delivery program, as follows:6/22/22 - Ordered package and was charged $95.67 July - Exact date is unknown: A man called me stating they were running behind. He also asked if he could swap an item for another one.8/522 - Received email stating package was shipped.8/15/22 - Package NOT received. Called to check status. A man stated the package had not been delivered, but a label had been created. He needed to research this issue and would return my call.8/22/22 - No return call from this company. I called five different times. Every extension goes to a voicemail. I'm unable to leave a voicemail because they all are full.
