    Absolutely awful! The except package orders for kosher care packages take your money never deliver the package to your loved ones then won't answer calls or emails they are crooks! They should be fined shut down and arrested

    Terrible customer service. I can never get any response nor an answer when I call to update my step son location. Georgiainmatepackage.com is better all around.

    Buyer beware: this company will gladly take your money without delivery of goods. Placed two orders in December 2023 and as of today, April 2 have not received the packages I ordered. I have called several times and sent several emails and they have not responded to either one. I would like some sort of resolution; either he gets his packages or a full refund. Beware of ordering inmate packages from this company because your love one may not get it. Customer service is non existent.

    I placed an order on 10/2/2023. Order#****. I have yet to get any type of tracking information on the order or any type of update. I have called multiple times and I also sent an email to **** leaving my number. I would either like the order to reach my husband or Id like my money back; this is ridiculous. If its going to take this long, can I at least start to be able to track the packages ?
