******** ****** is the worst broker for charging me $303 for a stupid reason. shame on whoever trained this joke to be a broker. emailed and called her so many times but ignoring me. will never work with Armstrong

Good Morning, We are very sorry to hear of your experience however, upon further review, I see that you reached out yesterday 11/12 to our corporate office for assistance. This was also reviewed and reimbursed back to your load. I do understand things happen but we do ask you to allow ***** hours for corporate to investigate and review issues as we were not given the time before filing this complaint . ******** had approved this reimbursement as well. My broker was great! He was very nice which most are not he made sure to call and check back with me. He is very old school with great customer service. I love doing business with this trucking I wish the rest provided superior customer service.Armstrong Transport Group

I worked with ************************* to ship wildlife watering guzzlers to two different locations. He is a national account manager for ***********************************************************************. He did an excellent job scheduling pick up and delivery. He kept me informed on what was happening with the shipment. I will contact him next time I have a shipment.Armstrong Transport Group
