Horrible, Got an invitation in the mail.. I replied gave all my info and was told I would get a phone call. Surprise never did. Then I email a day later, finally got a phone call. Then I email again and no surprise no phone call nor an email.. Would not recommend! Horrible experienceCardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership

Company calls me minimum of 4-5 times per day and hangs up the second I answer. Ive asked in the past to get put on a do not call list and they instead make more of an attempt to harass me.Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership

Worst experience ever! We were told this company does "pre-underwriting". We are a week past our closing date and now can't seem to get past underwriting. Our "loan team" is impossible to reach and when the do respond, they don't have any answers. I have sat on hold and been told "this is all we need to close" about a thousand times. I will never recommend this company to anybody and will be refinancing as soon as we can so they don't see another dime from us. Everyone from the Loan Officer to the Branch Manager all have conflicting stories as to what the final piece of paperwork was. It seemed the closer we got to closing, they did everything they could to ensure we didn't close. This is my 4th home purchase and this has been such a bad experience. Don't listen to their sales pitch, it's all a bunch of lies.Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership
