    We hired A Plus Moving Group to move from ************, ** to ********. I have over 45 text messages (can't upload) and emails that document my interaction throughout the move attempting to rectify issues, receiving ZERO contact from management. Deception starts with sales reps as they hugely under quote to get your belongings in possession. Our rep asked questions; accusing competitors I had spoken with prior of doing this. When communicating with another employee trying to get answers, I was told A Plus uses small box size in their quotes in order to be able to increase what is owed once customers belongings are in the companys possession. Our price increased almost $2000 over the larger of two estimates I was given. Once we determined the *************** going we reviewed list with the rep ********* who reduced the cubic footage and price quote. Our stuff was exact, with the exception of MAYBE **** medium boxes. Initial deposit was on credit card for $714.42. Pick up fee initially was $1400.00 and was paid with cash (credit cards no longer an option from this stage forward), but they needed $1472.7 more based off the new numbers, paid with check. At drop off they required another $1900.00 paid in cash for a total of $5487.12 as opposed to estimate of $3514.00 Scheduling also a major issue. I was told by same sales rep I needed to schedule based off the date I wanted the truck at our final destination and the company would arrange pick up by that date. We requested drop off on August 14th. They did not arrive until the 23rd or 24th, not within the 3-5 date window we were given. Speaking with scheduler I was told my sales rep was mistaken in the information she gave out and our truck actually sat in ********* for a week. Also, our contract states when things are disassembled they would be reassembled, however, the deliverers (different than pick up) did not reassemble all that had been disassembled at pick up and broke a large mirror as well.
