  The three young gentleman who helped me move were very friendly however when I started on boxing my items I found numerous things that were broken. Four of my seven lampshades were ruined. Two picture frames were completely shattered. And several other items broken one including a ******* lamp that my children gave me 20 years ago that is destroyed and irreplaceable.My best friend was with me as they were moving the items into my new house and she and I both heard breaking glass and ask them what it was and they said they did not know.I have emailed the manager of this company in ********* and he has yet to respond to me. he will not return my emails or phone calls. I am highly disgusted because I am out probably $1000 because of damages and I would never use this company again. TO THIS DAY NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY LOSS.

  Do NOT ever consider hiring these people. After a sudden and unexpected death in my immediate family, I needed to pack up those belongings, along with those of my elderly parent, for what would ultimately be a succinctly timed cross-country move toward the end of Nov. 2022. Several weeks before the move we hired College Dudes (***********) to pack the vessel that would be used for the move. (I can't locate their name on this BBB website for the ***********, or perhaps *******/****** address, so I am leaving it here under the company's *********, ** address.) Knowing how highly stressful this time was for us mourning our family's tragic loss, College Dudes assured us we would be in good hands with a reliable, professional, two-person packing team. After confirming the scheduled appointment the day before, imagine our utter shock, disbelief and major upset when they bailed on us at the last minute, in the form of a text we awoke to the morning of the scheduled pack, that due to a labor shortage they'd have to cancel. They didn't even have the courtesy (or guts) to phone us, or to even see if they could somehow help in another way. Two months later, and none of my calls have been returned. Sure, after needing to follow up with the company that took our deposit payment, we were able to get that back. But the point is ... this whole situation was beyond the pale, shameful, and like nothing we have ever experienced ... unprofessionalism and unreliability at its absolute worst ... during one of the hardest times in our lives.

  Highly DISSATISIFIED with this service. This company needs to be put out of business. Do not hire them. These men were far from professionals. There was trash left all over and marijuana left behind in a urine sample cup!Every item we had was damaged, they charged extra to move the washer/dryer, yet they damaged them tremendously. These were brand new with out any wear and tear.We had to try and babysit them the entire time to be sure they were carrying items properly and wrapping the furniture. We hired movers to help ease the stress of moving and were left with more stress, damaged furniture, and now the "fun" of submitting claims which are only covered at .60 cents a pound. Which doesn't even come close to replacing these items or our time.We were told they could professionally move a pool table to which we also were quoted extra for, these guys had no tools and no idea what they were doing. Nearly ruined the $4,000 pool table.1 of them did nothing but sit in the truck, they (2 of the 5) left multiple times during the move for 30 - 40 minutes at a time.I've been trying to submit a claim on the claims form for days now, it continues to fail to submit. The photos are only some of the representation of their work.
