  BUYER BEWARE! This company is blatantly involved in SHILL BIDDING. Shill bidding is a practice where a seller or someone acting on their behalf places fake bids on an item to inflate its price. This can be done by the seller themselves, or by using friends, family, or aliases to bid. Try it for yourself and bid on an unpopular random item and youll ALWAYS get outbid and days later the item will reappear back on the auction.   Went to the Vista auction on *********** and it took me 45 minutes to get there. Had to use the restroom which they have a very nice public restroom and was told that I could not use it. The best part is that they let me use it many times prior to this and all the sudden nobody can use the restroom

  Can get great bargains but read the descriptions. Additionally many items marked as new are Open Box with inside contents missing, used or damaged. One good thing, they do take Returns for a credit to your Credit Card.

  WARNING! COMPLETE SCAM! Product sold was inaccurate. I received an item that was damaged and unusable. It was not properly represented, and the company policy states that it will not give any money back. Selling broken items that your company is lying about the condition of is fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  There is a fairly new auction that is operating in *********, **. They are buying and reselling damaged and sometime broken, non usable items. Isn't it a law that you can't knowingly sell these items to the public? Doesn't his fall under the *** Act?I have purchased an item that was totally different than what they advertised and now they are refusing to refund my money but instead want to offer me a credit, which I don't want. I have seen on their ******** page that they have done this to other customers as well. Is there a law against posting and selling damaged goods, even if you post that it's broken and doesn't work, they shouldn't be able to sell it to the public.Thank you Ms. ****
